Get a taste of the 1930s Hollywood lifestyle at this 2-Story Duplex Condominium, which features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and enough room to sleep up to 8 guests, making it the perfect accommodation for a group of friends or a family. With beautiful hardwood floors and an impressive fireplace with mantle, the living room will be your favorite place to gather with your companions and relax after a long day of exploring the area. Your TWO-STORY CONDO has a separate entrance to both the SALT WATER pool, BBQ, and RECREATION area.

Interaction with guests

We have an on-site property manager who can assist with our guests during their stay. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for us to address any non-emergency needs. We find this to be very helpful especially for our international guests.

Other things to note

Although we offer ONE FREE and PRIVATE off-street parking, our neighborhood is ONE of the few HIGH END areas in Los Angeles that does not require METER or PERMIT parking on the street.

We find that the closer you get to most tourists attractions, GUESTS find it difficult to park on the streets without accumulating multiple expensive tickets during their stay. We are THREE miles from The HOLLYWOOD WALK OF FAME and TWO streets away from the start of PERMIT and METER street parking.

ALL guests are expected to treat the home with the highest level of respect and care. This includes leaving the pool and recreation area in the same condition that you find it.

No Smoking or Smoke of any kind in or around the property. Deposits will be utilized to clean the property from the affects of any kind of smoke at the owners complete discretion.

The number of guests selected in your reservation is the maximum number of guests that you may have in your party. Additional guests can only be added with the approval of the owner. Charges may apply if additional guests are allowed in the property. Your FULL deposit can be affected if you violate ANY House Rules.

Deposit of $300 can be utilized if 1) anything comes up missing, 2) any damage is done to the property, and/or 3) there is excessive cleaning needed beyond the $100 allocation.

Property Automation:
(This is an energy efficient home.)
* We use automatic off light switches. This means that if you leave a room for 20 minutes or more, then the lights will automatically shut-off.
* AC system is set on a programmable system. Guests can override the system by simply using the touch screen on temperature gauge. (We ask guest not to Run AC during winter months or when the temperature drops below 65 degrees outside. The automated system will adjust and shut off manually when AC is not necessary.)

Note: These type of features that allow us to offer our property to guests at our LOW rates and maintain very fair comfort during our guests stay.

Residential neighborhood: Los Angeles has strict rules against NOISE POLLUTION. Excessive noise is not allowed from 8pm to 8am. We have flexible agreements with our neighbors which allows our guests to use the pool and recreation area up to 10pm at night. We ask our guests to respect our neighbors by not using this space beyond 10pm unless approved by owner in writing.

Any Direct TV movies ordered via the TV Remote will be charged back to guests via security deposit. The charge if notified and paid for up front is $10 per movie. The charge if we have to contact the guest after CHECK OUT will be $25 per movie.

CHECKING OUT: We do take requests for late check out, but if guests do not inform us in advance and our cleaning staff shows up; then they may be charged up to $100 after 30 minutes.

Your deposit can be affected if you violate ANY and ALL House Rules.

Welcome paket should be send earlier to the guest in order to get all relevant informations for arrival before departure from abroad, here from France

The Welcome Packets are sent out 2 weeks in advance. We sent several messages to this guest with no reply back. Maybe the email that they used was not updated on AIRBNB. We encourage all guests to make sure that their current email address is used as Hosts are not given the actual email, but an anonymized version when we send a note to a guest.

Nice place and exactly as advertised. The pool was quite refreshing given the hot weather we have been having. House instructions were clear and we encountered no problems during our stay. The house is a great value for the Los Angeles area. I would highly recommend it.
