The space

The original Victorian architecture promises original features, high ceilings, Kyrie timber floors, fireplace in the master bedroom, and traditional front porch overlooking a park. 

Ideally planned with three bedrooms and a bathroom (with a bath), leading off the long and wide hallway. The living room, kitchen and dining areas are one lovely large and open plan space with plenty of light, and warmth during the winter months and fresh and cool during the summer. Spill out onto the terrace with seating for 8 and entertain or simply enjoy the calmness of the lush garden.

We had a lovely time in Sydney and this house is a great location for exploring the Eastern Suburbs and Beaches. The shops and cafes around the corner provided our morning coffee/breakfast and the local bus stop meant we could get to most places easily. We particularly enjoyed the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Path. The house was clean, well-equipped and great for our family of 4. I would recommend this property.
