Jim's place offers a very affordable and extremely well equipped option for a stay in Denver. Provision has been made for every possible need. Having laundry facilities in the condo was a real bonus. The condo was more spacious than we expected and easily accommodated our family of 6. We were there in mid winter so found the air beds cold on the floor however the couch is very comfortable for a fifth sleeping spot. The location is some way from the city center but we had a car so it was easy to get around. Excellent coffee can be found across the road at Sonder. The condo complex was pretty quiet - a few sketchy characters about but we felt secure and comfortable. Jim was very helpful and got in touch quickly to answer any questions we had.

Overall it was a nice stay for the value. The location was close to our primary objective. The complex is in need of renovation.

Great place to spend a weekend in Denver. Easy access to downtown and a decent spot if you want to check out some of the surrounding national parks. Little difficult to find the place in the complex, but Jim gives accurate instructions for everything.

Jim's place was great, a nice home away from home. Spacious and clean. You have to wash you sheets and towels but it that is a small problem compared to what you get. Very fast responses and rules are told before hand, I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Colorado!

I was not delighted with Jim's place, after all, it was not cheap. When I selected the accommodation, it was with the assumption that it included three separate beds for adults and bedding to match. Unfortunately, it included one double bed, which probably did have full linens, one daybed with a trundle, neither of which had top sheets or blankets. I had to contact Jim to find out where to get the blankets. Unfortunately they were about 100 years old when he bought them from the op shop, as were the towels. If I wanted to go camping, I would have brought a sleeping bag with me. The third person did not sleep in the trundle, and instead had to sleep on the couch under a ratty blanket. Beware of the laminated signs! There are placed everywhere with what NOT to do. Despite the location being convenient for me, and the things we had planned in Denver, this was not good value for money. Two positive things: the washing machine and dryer and the undercover parking. Oh! after paying for accommodation, you have to do the washing before you leave - perhaps a hotel is a better option.
