The lovely house provides you with the perfectly located base to explore one of the greatest neighborhood in London. The neighbours are the Museum quarter, designer shops, Michelin Star restaurants, Hyde Park and the Albert Hall. Welcome to it all!
This is family home is a full size house, which gives the feeling of belonging as you're buzzed in through the front gate and enter the pretty front door. The whole place has been fully refurbished and has a mix of modern and classic throughout.
It's a perfect space and location for a family holiday.
There are 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are full sized double with plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has the advantage of a terrace, which is the perfect breakfast spot on a summers morning. The third bedroom has a comfy sofa bed which also has plenty of storage space.
The two bathrooms have the latest in rainfall shower heads and up-to-date fixtures and fittings throughout.
The lounge is large and bright with light wooden flooring throughout. It has a comfy sofa which doubles as a bed. For convenience there's a toilet in the utility room which leads directly from the lounge. It has a Bang & Olufsen TV with automatic
The heart of the house is the open plan kitchen and large dining table. A place where you can easily entertain 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you could need to cook up a storm.
A nice touch for this house is that the wifi works in every room of the house, even upstairs.

I will be but a phone call away.
No Partying and no excessive after 12am and before 8am. Failure to comply with this rule (including receiving any complaint from our neighbours) will risk full damage deposit retained in compensation and possible eviction in extreme cases.
I have an honesty policy when it comes to damages. I accept up to £50 in damages as long as they are reported at the time.
However, if you fail to inform me of a breakage the £50 excess will be waived. Plus you will be liable for any emergency repairs required or refunds payable to the next guests.
Please dispose of rubbish in the bins out front. Look carefully at the markings. One is recycling and the rest is for general rubbish.
Please don't leave soiled cookery (cups, plates, etc.) in the sink, use the dishwasher or hand-wash them.
No smoking and no pets in the house. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, but please dispose of cigarette butts tidily.
Please leave the power adaptor/UK usb plug on the kitchen top before check out
There are two sets of keys for you. Please leave them on the dining table on your departure
Check in from 3pm – check out by 11am.
Check-ins from 7pm to 11pm will incur an extra £25 fee.
Check in from 11pm onwards will incur an extra £40.
If you would like to reschedule your arrival time, this needs to be agreed no later than the day before your due check in date.
Please leave the flat as clean and tidy as you found it. The price paid for the check-out cleaning is intended for standard cleaning.
You are solely responsible for your valuables. Please don’t leave any valuable unattended at the property but keep them with you at all times.
By booking this property you gain a temporary licence to stay at the property for the period from the booking start date to the end date. This is not a tenancy agreement.
