There is a large common area on the second floor with a daybed and trundle which can sleep 2 adults.

Both Master Bathrooms have Jacuzzi bath tubs and walk in showers with seating and rain shower heads. A Baby Crib can be supplied for a $50 set up fee, all with hypoallergenic washed lines and blankets, and a pack and play can be available if needed as well (no fee required).
Recently I have added a games closet with a varied amount of games for both adults and kids, there is also a beautiful poker set that was my late husbands, I only ask that it is left as it was found but I know he would've been happy to know that it was being appreciated and used.
Lastly, there is a nice quiet space in the front attic space with it's own balcony, perfect place to drink your morning tea or read a book, but a set of memory foam mattresses can be used to add one more bed if requested.
The entire home will be accessible to all guests except for the locked attic spaces. The garage will be accessible for a fee upon request and will be available for only one guest vehicle, otherwise it will be locked during the duration of you stay. There is ample parking around the immediate area of the house which is a corner lot.
Interaction with guests
I should be available pretty much 24 hours, do have 2 kids of my own so my response may be varied but never more than 30 min. I will inform anyone staying if I have to leave town for longer than 12 hours and will have a 2nd line of communication and/or help if needed in an emergency.
I will be happy to answer any questions or advice you might need for local eating and entertainment.
Also, I may be able to arrange for a car service to pick anyone up from the airport.
Other things to note
This is a really great neighborhood, it is pretty quiet when it's not Mardi Gras, there is a good mix of old and new families, a lot of young professionals and neighbors who just love to sit out on their front porches and watch all day.

Please make sure that you have accounted for every guest that you made in your original reservation, if you show up with guests over 10 and do not request as many, I will be contacting Airbnb for compensation directly, $75 per person, per night. If you contact me before hand, I will most likely be very accommodating.
Absolutely no smoking in the home, if you do smoke outside please dispose of all waste in the appropriate manner, if I find any garbage on the outside grounds you will be charged an extra cleaning fee.
Be sure to remove all garbage bags from inside of the home into the provided Garbage Cans outside of the Garage during your stay. We are in the south and seem to have an abundance of fruit flies just waiting to pounce any and all overflowing garbage cans.
If you happen to smell a minor amount of gas while sitting on the porch, please note that as with most gas lamps, you will likely smell a bit of the gas that is burning. If you are uncomfortable at any time please feel free to call me anytime, day or night. Do not call the Gas Company first unless there is an abnormal amount or you can smell gas in parts of the house that do not have gas attached, other than the gas stove from the kitchen and the tankless water heater in the outside back of the house. If you take it upon yourself to have anything altered in the home, I will charge a fee for my time or anyone that works for me to either sit and wait or fix something, remember the water heater is gas and it's no fun taking showers in cold water.
The kitchen is fully at your disposal, I expect it to be returned as it was found, if you put dishes in the dishwasher and run before you leave that is acceptable. Please do not leave garbage, water bottles and empty glasses lying around, If you would like pay the $100 fee for a daily maid clean up please let me know.
Please no loud obnoxious parties, you are expected to be respectful to all of our neighbors who work, a lot of them are the bartenders and waitress' serving you during you stay and possibly emergency doctors working nights, that you hopefully will never have to visit.
I am a mother of two that runs a renovation company, specializing in Kitchens and Bathrooms.
