The listing for my house clearly states that we have a ton of rules and notes all over the house. And the listing's description states that if you think you won't like that, then don't stay at my house, stay somewhere else. In the 17 years that I have owned the house neither I nor any of my guests have gotten a parking ticket. I only ask out of respect for my neighbors for guests to not park in front of my neighbor's homes (some of whom have only one parking place in front of their house). My house is a corner property and there are usually several parking spaces available on either side of the house. If in doubt, call me and I can direct you to a spot. It is a guest's responsibility and not my own to inform themselves about and obey local traffic and parking laws. In most cities, you're not supposed to park within 20 feet of an intersection. Being a nice guy, I was going to message Yosei about going "half-ers" with paying his ticket. But my friends said "why should you do that?---he's blaming you for his mistake". In hindsight, I'm glad I listed to them.
