We had an uncomfortably hot time here. The only cooling option was a small fan in each bedroom and consequently we were all beside ourselves in the 37 degree heat. I know a lot of Italians have a thing about air conditioning as well as the power cost, though I have to say without it this apartment is unbearable. We have suggested to the owner that they have an option for a portable air conditioner at extra charge available for guests. Besides this, the apartment is in a lovely location and is exactly as described. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this when the temperature is below 25 degrees.

Apartment in the perfect location for a mixture of nightlife, shops and restaurants! Within easy walking distance of the Colosseum, Vatican City and city centre. Very responsive and friendly host! Would recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

A no frills apartment with everything we needed in a great location. If you want an authentic Trastevere experience, this place is for you. Pierluigi was really helpful and available for any enquiries we had. The local restaurant and transport recommendations were really good, too.

This apartment is very comfortable for a family of 4 with one bedroom having a king and one bedroom with two twins. It is very quiet It is also in a a great location in the Trastevere neighborhood which is one of the more "happening" areas of the city and a bit less touristy. It has AC and a fan in each bedroom and is very quiet at night (essential for me) so everyone slept well. The apartment has all the amenities needed including a washer (but no dryer as is typical in Europe). I also think this place is a great value -- a lot of apartment for a fairly low price. On that note, on our trip we mostly stayed at AirBnBs that were 50% - 100% more expensive and those were typically a bit higher end with new paint, new furniture and generally "fresher". So if you are used to staying in higher end hotels or AirBnBs this apartment might not be for you. For our family though, overall a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay for our visit to Rome. The apartment was convenient to the sites for walking and also for getting a taxi. We had some great meals at the neighborhood restaurants--especially Dar Sor Olimpio Al Drago. In the apartment, we loved having two bathrooms to accomodate our teenage daughter. The elevator was great to help get the bags to the 3rd floor.
