Great place, great value for the neighborhood. Clean, well kept house. Friendly and helpful host. Flawless wifi. Proximity to the river and its parks/trails make it a great starting point for hikes. Great shopping and strolling along O and M streets in Georgetown, proximity to great dining option by the river. Our kids (6 and 4) loved the "tunnel" fountain by the Potomac! Expect to walk quite a bit in order to get to the subway, and to the Mall and museums (as it is the case with any address in Georgetown). Expect to walk up and down stairs inside the house (as it is the case with most of the townhouses in the area!) . We also liked the proximity of the Dean and Deluca store for (expensive but) quick and practical for grocery shopping. If we're back in DC for a few days, we will definitely try and stay here again!

Perfect location in a really great area. There were plenty of eating options around - we had take out Pizza and Chinese food, and ate at the Mexican El Centro - all good. Neighbourhood seemed very safe. With and TV were good and place was very clean.

Really a great location, in the heart of everything. If you are a coffee lover, there must be at least 5 first rate choices within 200 yards! (Grace Street Coffee & Blue Bottle being my favorites). The house is cute and comfortable, and a very pleasant place to relax when you need a break from exploring. First Rate!
