Interaction with guests
The owner works out of the home, so is often home and available for any type of help or suggestions to make the guest feel more comfortable and well-informed during their stay. The owner is well informed, being a traveler extensively in Arizona, also with his job requiring extensive travel in Metropolitan Phoenix. This is results in a well-informed person about various places of interest for you, the traveler.
We do allow smoking, however we prefer people who smoke outside. We would consider pets as we do have an enclosed rear yard
I grew up here in the Metro Phoenix area and very familiar with all of the places of interest, that a traveler would want to see, because I have personally visited them one time or another. I've also visited all of the main points of interest and places that any traveler would like to visit or see in Arizona – – the Grand Canyon, hiked rim to rim, Colorado River, Chiricahua Mountains Canyon De Chelly , Monument Valley, Navajo Reservation, Havasupai Falls, Flagstaff, Meteor Crater and Petrified Forest, Salt River Canyon rafting, Roosevelt Lake /Apache Trail ,Mount Graham Telescope, Tucson/old Tucson/Mount Lemmon/Kitt Peak Observatory, Nogales/Mexico, Yuma/Yuma Territorial Prison/Colorado River, Quartzite, White Mountains and ski areas, Sedona/Oak Creek Canyon, Prescotts etc. etc.
I've also traveled to 41 countries and visited all 50 states here in America.
Because of this as a host – most likely I would have been where the majority of people that I would host is from. I could carry on a good conversation as a host because I most likely have been in their hometown area.
I do get around Metro-Phoenix area and are familiar with a lot of points of interest-nightlife and places to eat.
I'm also a graduate from Arizona State University in engineering.
I'm hoping that anybody who would rent my room in my home would enjoy also my broad range of information about the areas that I'm very familiar with..
