The property is stylish, spacious and a perfect place for small groups. This is the only place on the east coast of the island with an ocean view and a 20 metre front deck to enjoy these views. Whales can be seen between July and October. Two of the bedrooms have an ensuite one of which has a bath. The designer kitchen has all the modern conveniences so you can stay in and make delicious meals. It is a quiet secluded spot with a freshwater chasm across the road for a dip on a hot day.

The property is the only house at the bottom of the sea track in the village of Hakupu. There are a few homes right at the top of the sea track but these are far away enough to allow complete quiet and privacy to guests.
