My cozy apartment is located in one of the hippest part of Copenhagen; Nørrebro. Nørrebro is sprawling with new cafés and bars, parks and green patches. All within 200m you will find grocery shopping, coffee shops, take-away and bars. Busses to the center take 7min and stop 100m from my appartment.
Since this is an old Nørrebro appartment, the toilet is located on the back stairs, and the shower is in the basement, this is the reason for the lower price point.

Other things to note

About the shower in the basement:

The shower is a shared shower in the basement, that is in the same room as the laundry machines. It is not a private shower in the sense that you can lock the door from the inside. However it is only accessable for people living in the building, which is 20 apartments, most of which don't use it because they have laundry in their apartments. The shower itself I share only with the girl living in the apartment below me. The rest of the apartments in the building have either proper bathrooms or installed a shower cabin.
Access to the shower is from my backstairs, and down 20 steps.

I shower there everyday, and have done so for 6 years, and it doesn't bother me :)

Very pleasant flat well located : near the bus stop and 30 minutes walk from the center of Copenhaguen. The shower isn't a problem at all. Very nice stay.

I would recommend Johannes's place to anyone wanting a comfortable home base from which to explore Nørrebro and the rest of Copenhagen. It really was a great value. The bus connections to downtown and other areas of the city couldn't be easier, and the apartment is within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself is great, too. It's in an old building with lots of quirky character, and the unique bathroom/shower set-up described in the listing was just part of the apartment's charm for us--it wasn't an inconvenience at all. Finally, Johannes was a very helpful, friendly, and communicative host. We'd definitely stay here again!

Johanne's place was perfect for our stay. A great area with only short walks to nice bars and coffee shops. We enjoyed listening to records over breakfast, which was an added bonus. Would recommend!

We had a great time in the cosy appartement. The busstop is almost in front of the house and the communication with Johannes was perfect. The only con is the shower and toilet not being in the appartment, but a great appartment for this price.

Johannes' apartment is just plain beautiful, very stylish and has this certain personal touch you will never find in a hotel, but only on Airbnb! Unfortunately we did not get to meet him, but our mail communication was very nice and he made sure that we had everything we needed, including getting into the apartment at 2am in the night since our flight was heavily delayed. Also his vinyl collection is worth more than one listening session!

Nice and spacious apartment in a cute old house. Good distance from the city, takes around 30 minutes to walk. There's a nice coffee place around the corner and nice restaurants and coffee places as well. We stayed for 4 nights which was a perfect time for exploring Copenhagen! Can recommend to stay at this apartment!

Neat flat and very cosy! There is a vinylplayerinstallation with a lot of choice of music. It had a rustic and enjoyable atmosphere. Well-equipped kitchen and the bathroom was surprisingly good. I'd surely suggest it to try it when you are in Copenhagen !!
