I'd love to say this was a great place, but I can't. It isn't as close to Disney as you would imagine. It is close to 2 miles, as other reviewers have said. Minimal paper products, with no paper towels or tissues in the unit. One pack of laundry detergent, and one for the dish washer, and one dryer sheet. That's it. The listing says washer and dryer, but they aren't in the unit. They are in a building in the parking area, although use is free using a card provided. The beds did not have a top sheet, just bottom and a duvet cover.
The apartment is arranged as two master suites. The door to the living room/kitchen closes off each suite. If someone is sleeping on the couch in the living room, they have to enter one of the suites to get to a bathroom, and the bedroom doesn't have a door. It is not convenient for someone to use the living room bed. BTW, this is NOT a couch, but a futon.
The coffee maker took over one hour to make 6 cups of coffee. it probably hasn't been descaled in ages, if ever. The microwave had the bottom glass plate shattered by a previous renter. Since the broken glass was still there, one can only assume that the cleaners don't clean the inside of the microwave.
The diverter in one of the tubs is very hard to operate. There is mold on the plastic curtains and some along the floor. The bottle of body wash was empty, although a new one was there. No wash cloths, just face and bath towels.
The toilet flapper valve leaked, so water constantly drained into the tank and the tank refilled every 5 minutes or so.
Many of the outlets seem damaged as they don't hold a plug. Plugs fall out.
Lastly, there are many marks on the walls where things have been dragged against them. There was a dent in the drywall in one bathroom.
This unit is in need of some maintenance.
