We stayed for five nights for a friends wedding and had an absolutely wonderful time! The location and price is a million times better than any of the hotels on the island! Joanne is a fantastic host and offered to go to the supermarket for us as well as giving us recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. One of the best beaches on the island is a 20 minute walk away and the restaurants are 20 minutes in the other direction. I would recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay at Joannes air b&b, the room was clean and comfortable, the room has a separate entrance so you can come and go as you like without disturbing the family. The Shower and Kitchen area are separate, but are only literally five steps away, but are also very clean and tidy. It is about a 25 minute walk into St Helier from the air b&b. Joanne and her family were very welcoming, friendly and helpful

Comfortable and clean. Handy kitchenette area for making tea/coffee/toast, etc. Friendly host meant arrangements went smoothly and enabled us to enjoy our brief weekend stay for a family wedding in Jersey.

Wonderful experience. Joanne was very communicative, and kindly even met me at the ferry from Guernsey and drove me to the house. I got a warm welcome from the family and the room was great. I can't recommend Joanne's place enough!

The husband & wife seem to me to be a good couple. Quite a nice place to stay, what I’d call semi-B&B – breakfast stuffs are provided, and the house kitchen may be used for the conventional cooker. The double bed is in one part of a converted garage, and has a skylight with a blind (keep it closed on really hot days!): all (roughly) sizeable enough. The other half of the garage is still (clean) garage, and opens onto the back street – guests have a key for anytime access. The outhouse has a sink, toilet, and is kitted out for breakfast use, with toaster, microwave, sizeable fridge/freezer (but don’t nick the wine!) etc. A trifle inconvenient for visiting the toilet at night, but fairly manageable: an umbrella is provided in the room, handy if it’s a wet night (or day). The secluded courtyard is quite nice, and may be shared with the hosts for sitting out. The room can be a tad noisy with local gulls, but that’s life. I did find the bed somewhat short (I’m 5’10”) and dratted the metal bars at the foot end. However, a garment put over the rails, covering between the first two bars and the feet, did the trick. Mattress & bedding acceptable, though my wife lacked the goose pillows of home – as Dorothy sang, there’s no place like home. For buses, I’d ask for the Millennium Court stop(s) – the garage door is about 2 minutes (200 metres) away at the back of Green Road: our initial bus in was going to let us off at Green Street, which wouldn’t have been nice! Seemed to me a nice & fairly quiet area, and had a decent Elim church about 11 minutes walk (c. 1 Km).
