Renting our apartments gives you the ability to live besides other residents in our great upper class building. It is expected that you do not trough any trash on the ground and be a good neighbor during your stay by not making unnecessary noise and be polite. You will have to show your building ID to security guards when you enter the premises. Handle all equipment in the apartments with respect and be aware that you will be charged for things that are broken.
The guest(s) shall be civil and cordial to the staff and the Management in all their dealings. Any unruly or rude behavior on the part of the guest(s) shall warrant the Management exercising its unconditional right to ask such guest to leave the premises immediately and without further notice.
The guest(s) shall not indulge in any unlawful or illegal activity in the premises and shall abide by the rules and regulations mentioned herein. Any violation in this regard shall result in the immediate expulsion of the guest(s) involved from the premises. This shall always be without prejudice to the right of the Management to report the matter to the Police authorities for initiating necessary penal action against such guest(s).
Tariffs quoted in all communications are subject to change without notice as per the decision of the management from time to time. Guests who have paid advance towards confirmation of booking or already staying at the premises shall not be affected by the change in Tariff for the length of their initial booking. Guests extending their stay however shall be affected by the change in tariff.
Pets are not allowed in the premises.
Smoking is prohibited in all Apartments.
All guests are required to be properly and decently attired while using the common areas in the premises.

Hi Mee Yin Wong, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. I have new cleaners and trained them better. The apartments are now spotless as they should be. I am sorry about the train but it does stop at 12 midnight. I hope to see you again.

The unit was clean and tidy - probably rate it about 3 stars. Did not see the host and had extreme difficulty getting him to contact me. I would pnly recommend the facility if you like the sound of two trains in very close proximity to your bedroom window passing at 10 minute intervals. The only person we saw was his offsider Shuman who was very helpful

I manage several apartments in Kuala Lumpur and offer a selection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments for daily, weekly and monthly rental. Ranging from 800 to 1400 sq ft, these apartment are spacious and are very clean. These apartments are from European owners that are very particular for cleanliness which will ensure you like your stay. The apartments are fully serviced and the apartments are cleaned daily by the on-staff cleaning personal. They will come daily to clean the apartments, change towels, make the beds and change bedsheets every 3 days.
All apartments have a full size and fully stocked kitchen that allows you to cook your favourite meals. The apartments offer also delivery service so that if you need anything from the well stocked mini-market that if located on premisses it is delivered to your apartment in minutes.
All our apartments include free high-speed WIFI and Astro Television.
For added convenience our centralized location is only minutes walk from 3 major public transport rail systems.
