The Queenscliff Townhouse is a spacious fully self-contained two bedroom townhouse in the heart of Queenscliff. It's conveniently located, a short walk to shops, restaurants, historical attractions, the marina, pier, beach, and the the ferry.
The lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining room is a large single open space with a cathedral ceiling and views to Swan Bay. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom. The front bedroom has a queen sized bed and the rear bedroom has a double bed. Upstairs is a large living area with a sofa bed that sleeps two. A small paved courtyard suitable for BBQ's is at the rear and has access to the garage.
Guests can have full access to the property. Under-stair storage is locked for owner's use as are two metal cabinets in the garage. The garage is for storage of equipment such as bikes and surfboards rather than car access. However, there is a car parking space in front of the garage.

Other things to note
The house is pet friendly with a kennel in the back courtyard.
The house is a no smoking environment. It is one of a group of townhouses so we expect guests to be respectful of their neighbours and keep noise levels under control.
There is a recycling and garbage facility to the rear of the complex. It would be appreciated if guests leave their rubbish in the bins provided.
I am a partly retired agriculturalist who likes to mix work and play. I enjoy keeping fit through cycling, going to the gym and walking. I belong to a few social and interest groups which keeps me in touch with the broader community. My wife Catherine and I like to keep active with regular travel through Australia and overseas.
