The Queenscliff Townhouse is a spacious fully self-contained two bedroom townhouse in the heart of Queenscliff. It's conveniently located, a short walk to shops, restaurants, historical attractions, the marina, pier, beach, and the the ferry.

The space

The lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining room is a large single open space with a cathedral ceiling and views to Swan Bay. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom. The front bedroom has a queen sized bed and the rear bedroom has a double bed. Upstairs is a large living area with a sofa bed that sleeps two. A small paved courtyard suitable for BBQ's is at the rear and has access to the garage.

Guest access

Guests can have full access to the property. Under-stair storage is locked for owner's use as are two metal cabinets in the garage. The garage is for storage of equipment such as bikes and surfboards rather than car access. However, there is a car parking space in front of the garage.

Interaction with guests

Anne from Kerleys Coastal Real Estate is the local contact during business hours should any administrative matters need to be dealt with. For out of hours emergency issues, owner contact is (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)

The house is pet friendly with a kennel in the back courtyard.

The house is a no smoking environment. It is one of a group of townhouses so we expect guests to be respectful of their neighbours and keep noise levels under control.
There is a recycling and garbage facility to the rear of the complex. It would be appreciated if guests leave their rubbish in the bins provided.

Everything about Rays townhouse was perfect.. great location located in town with everything at your doorstep! The apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable with coffee, tea & condiments supplied! Made for an easy breakfast before heading out for the day.. Ray was also very flexible with late check out which was much appreciated for us 'non morning people'. We hope to return the next time we are in Queenscliff.

Lovely townhouse in the main part of town. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and parks. We spend 4 lovely nights in the apartment.

This is a perfectly located townhouse, with all the comforts of home, even a pod coffee machine. The harbour, cafes, restaurants, supermarket all a short walk away. Two small ensuites make it ideal for 2 couples & a small but adequate courtyard was ideal for our dog!

Ray is very knowledgable on the Quenscliff town, and offers brilliant communication. The house itself has a private drive way with parking for 1 car literally 500m from the main road & shops (Checkout Belsize Cafe - great coffee & food). The beach and parks are walkable not a problem. Upstairs is very spacious, all of the windows have fly wire on them so you can open them up and enjoy the breeze! Both bedrooms have mini ensuites, and our bed was comfortable and large. (8 hours sleep both nights!) I do wish we could of stayed longer. Cheers
