I don't think I could've found a better location for the price. Great spot in north park near cool restaurants and bars.

Lauren's apartment was absolutely perfect! It was spotless, quiet and comfy. Key exchange was really easy and Lauren was very hospitable, she even made sure to warn me that parking might be a bit of a hassle on the weekends, that being said an extra 5 mins / short walk was well worth the great location. This neighborhood is awesome and one of my favorite places to visit. Anything and everything you could want is a short walk or Uber ride away. Would definitely stay here again!

Somebody in a previous review mentioned the floors being sticky. While I agree with this, I don't think it necessarily has to do with the cleanliness of the floor. The linoleum is just old and sticky. The apartment in general is on the older side, as most buildings in North Park are. It's in a great location with easy access to public transportation and you can take a Lyft to many bars and restaurants in five minutes. One thing that wasn't noted was that the apartment is on the second floor and as far as I can tell, only accessible by stairs. All in all, for the price, it was a fine stay and I would do it again.

Overall, this apartment is good if you're just in San Diego to explore. Highways are easily accessible and we felt safe staying here. We arrived on a Friday night so finding a parking spot was a bit of a pain. Like another reviewer said, the floors were a little sticky but everything else was clean. Kitchen has basics provided and we used the stove/fridge with no problems. Lauren was traveling so we did not meet her but the whole process went smoothly!

We chose to stay at Lauren's home because it's quite central and affordable compared to other accommodations in San Diego. It's totally fine if you just need a place to sleep but it wasn't really clean and a little bit moldy. Especially the kitchen was a mess. The floor was sticky, the crockery dirty and the pots and pans were calcified in the cupboard. So cooking was not an option. It you wanna spent more time at your accommodation, you maybe should look for another place. However, Lauren was really quick in her responses, the whole key exchange was seamless and overall the value for the money was okay.

Everything was great about this place!! The only issue I had was with parking, which caused a bit of a headache. Aside from that, it was a nice experience!

I enjoyed my stay at Lauren's apartment in North Park. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, which is great. Lauren was quick to respond to all of my questions.
