We stayed at the apartment for a tradeshow at the Ernest Conference Center. It was about a 7 minute uber ride from the event center and close to a couple coffee/shopping/workout places. The building is a really neat and interesting place to stay. There's just one key and you need it to get out of the building so you have to be strategic with others that you're staying with. Overall, it met our expectations.

The apartment building is super interesting and beautiful! The apartment itself is clean and modern. The beds and bed rooms are spacious and comfortable. The living space is a little tight for more than three adults but truly tastefully decorated. The kitchen is quite spacious and fully stocked! A few minor items: - for what I presumed to be safety precautions, access to the gated building and parking lot is a little tricky with more than two adults (only one key), and quite the challenge with a stroller as there are no elevators - noise between the units is quite audible. There was a group of young adults staying above our apartment, who had guests over into the late hours of the night. This caused excessive noise in our unit. Greg was extremely responsive when I sent him a message about this issue, and requested that the guests be removed. - TV Quality is not great, the channels flicker in and out. We were in New Orleans when a hurricane was expected to hit, and Greg dropped off umbrellas and a jug of water just in case… It was extremely thoughtful!

We enjoyed staying at Gregg's place. It was easy to get around town but far enough away from any late night noise.

Very clean, central location to all we needed/wanted to do. Well-appointed kitchen and comfortable sitting and sleeping areas. Gregg was proactive with clear instructions for arrival, as well as extremely responsive to any questions we had. Such a delightful stay in New Orleans, next time we'll have to stay longer! Thanks so much, Gregg!

Our first New Orleans experience and it could not have been better. Gregg runs an amazing place. The design of the rooms and attention to detail is superb - Gregg's kitchen was better equipped than ours at home! This was our best Airbnb travel experience. Gorgeous apartment!! The experience was first class. Thank you Gregg! We will be back!

Gregg's place was amazing to stay at! We loved the atmosphere, the beautiful renovations to the old cathedral, and the location! Everything was a short Uber ride away. Gregg was so accommodating when I had questions and so quick to reply or call if I needed clear communication. We wholeheartedly recommend you to stay here!

I'm a real estate developer and contractor specializing in historic restorations. I love New Orleans and I'm proud to call it home! I've been a New Orleans resident for 7 years and still have yet to tire of its beauty and charm.

I truly hope you enjoy your stay and if there is anything you need please do not hesitate to ask!
