Amazing lodge, had a great time at the river just down the trail from the lodge. Lots of fun for everyone in the family! Were a little bit worried if it would be a good fit for children but turned out a great experience!

Accommodation in and around the Canadian national parks was limited so when quantum leaps came up as available I grabbed it. Little did I know what a wonderful sanctuary it would be. We stayed in the main lodge - a three story wooden structure with all modern conveniences. Hot tub, deck, washing, well equipped kitchen, fans ( very warm during our visit) but the temp cooled down overnight. Very comfy beds, space for about 8 people and lots of room for privacy and socializing. They have an extensive garden and we were able to enjoy fresh greens and ripe berries for a very small donation. Had a fantastic massage as well on my day off from hiking. The retreat is about a ten minute drive or so from the town of golden, which has anything you might need to stock up. We drove each day to a fantastic day hiking spot in Yoho, Jasper and Banff parks. The drive felt a bit long at the start but with music and podcasts playing we soon didn't even notice the distance. We would have visited Glacier park as well but the forest fires there were said to be growing. We hiked the ice line, twin falls, Helen lake (a standout as well as dinner in Num-Ti-Jah lodge) and saw wapts falls and the hoodoos. Lake louise was crowded but pretty- the hike to the tea hose was hot and crowded our least favorite. Quantum Leap was a great place to head back to each evening and Brian and Annette were great hosts. Ps- the gps in the phone using (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps worked a treat as the roads in and out of the lodge can be a bit confusing.

We really enjoyed stay at the main lodge. There are lots of space and every one in our group has privet room. We also have living room and kitchen to enjoy our gathering and cook our own food. All the rooms are very clean. Hoster Brian and his wife are very helpful and easy to communicate. The only disadvantage of the place is a little bit far from Yoho and Banff national parks. But compare the comfortable and price it is still a good choose. Definitely recommend the place.

This suite is spacious, but warm. The wood stove was well-used and made everything cozier. The open plan on the main floor meant that our whole group could socialize while cooking or knitting or playing games. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The scene from every window looks like a portrait, with a near mountain face bordering on one side and a valley view to the other - the sunset (and sunrise) were unbeatable. Our group will be back!!

This place is a retreat in every sense of the word. It's remote, quiet, off the grid (spotty service and limited wifi), and peaceful. The place was clean and quite large with plenty of space for 10 people. Would definitely go back and recommend to others!
