About this listing

This one-bedroom apartment is right in the heart of downtown, across the street from the ever-popular Zendo coffee house and the super awesome Sidetrack Brewing. It is two blocks from a brand new grocery store and there are five breweries/taprooms within walking distance! The building is dedicated to the arts with live/work spaces and a theatre. Blocks from the train station, bars, and dining.

The space

The apartment is on the second floor, but it is right near the front door at the top of the stairs. Neighbors are awesome and you may walk past artists at work in their studios. The space has lots of historical charm and quirks, such as old mail slots and an old phone cubby. Modern updates make it a very comfortable place to stay!

Guest access

Guests have the entire apartment and access to the outside area just south of the building. There's a picnic table and another table and chairs set.

Interaction with guests

All of the doors have keypads, so I don't need to meet up with guests to let them in or deliver keys. However, I live in the building, so I'm always happy to make myself available for help with the apartment or tips about the neighborhood and city!

Other things to note

Parking is available anywhere in the lot. Occasionally, the front lot is full, but there's always parking in the back.

Went for a weekend getaway. The apartment was cute and had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Perfect location in the downtown area. Definetly booking again.

Courtney's apartment is perfectly located in downtown Albuquerque, with cool decor and historic charm to spare. The space was spotlessly clean and Courtney was a fantastic communicator throughout. I wish I could have stayed longer, and I'd gladly return to this sweet space on a future trip to Albuquerque!

Courtney was a great host! Loved the location. sidetrack brewery & zendo coffee was amazing AND right across the street. The bed is super comfy & the space is cute & artsy. Would highly recommend this place

This place is comfortable and close to a lot of restaurants, bars and entertainment. In the fridge there were a couple of beers and a water filter pitcher that was really nice. If you plan to eat in the kitchen has seasonings, a stove, a toaster oven and other kitchen essentials. I did not see a microwave. It is loud (if you aren't used to being near a busy intersection) as it is downtown. Especially if you have to open the windows when its hot outside (for the swamp coolers to work well I believe.) I have been bringing my earplugs with me while on vacation and I slept well.

We had a great stay at Courtney's place, it was located just right for us, close to the railway station, with a very handy brewery and cafe. Courtney's list of places to go and things to do was very useful. Well recommended. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Courtney was great in letting me know about the area and how to get into the building and all that. Her area guide is amazing, and the house rules tell you what is expected. I kept the window open for the swamp coolers, and the road noise was bit more than I had expected, especially early in the morning; and did not look closely enough at the photos, so I didn't see that there was no nightstand, but that is just something I should've caught. I appreciate Courtney's communication and the beer in the fridge! Oh, and the Roku is a great touch! Catch up on Game of Thrones, watch Netflix, etc.

I embrace simplicity, freedom and lots of experience! Traveling resets me for the everyday. I'm an entrepreneur with a dog biscuit company, some occasional acting gigs and a property management job for a super cool arts building. I love dogs, hot yoga and beer. I recently went snowboarding again for the first time in 20 years and it was amazing! Looking for more experiences like that in my life in the near future!
