About this listing
This one-bedroom apartment is right in the heart of downtown, across the street from the ever-popular Zendo coffee house and the super awesome Sidetrack Brewing. It is two blocks from a brand new grocery store and there are five breweries/taprooms within walking distance! The building is dedicated to the arts with live/work spaces and a theatre. Blocks from the train station, bars, and dining.
The apartment is on the second floor, but it is right near the front door at the top of the stairs. Neighbors are awesome and you may walk past artists at work in their studios. The space has lots of historical charm and quirks, such as old mail slots and an old phone cubby. Modern updates make it a very comfortable place to stay!
Guests have the entire apartment and access to the outside area just south of the building. There's a picnic table and another table and chairs set.
Interaction with guests
All of the doors have keypads, so I don't need to meet up with guests to let them in or deliver keys. However, I live in the building, so I'm always happy to make myself available for help with the apartment or tips about the neighborhood and city!
Other things to note
Parking is available anywhere in the lot. Occasionally, the front lot is full, but there's always parking in the back.
No smoking anywhere inside. Smoking is permitted outside, but should be at least 20 feet from the building to ensure smoke doesn't get in other folk's windows. Quiet hours start at 10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

I embrace simplicity, freedom and lots of experience! Traveling resets me for the everyday. I'm an entrepreneur with a dog biscuit company, some occasional acting gigs and a property management job for a super cool arts building. I love dogs, hot yoga and beer. I recently went snowboarding again for the first time in 20 years and it was amazing! Looking for more experiences like that in my life in the near future!
