This is a 1BR (79 sqm) at The Unique condo. The building is one of the best managed buildings. We freshly upgraded the furniture to all teak. The condo is well equipped with all amenities including 35/15 Mbps internet and potable water system (no need to buy&haul bottled water!). All our Airbnb listings serve as our 2nd home, they are equipped with everything one would possibly need while travelling. The quality of all the items is the same with, if not better than, what we put in our own home.
Our place is a spacious (79 sqm) 1BR. We have recently upgraded the furniture to all teak, as well as linen to 500-700 count cotton. All amenities are as good as, if not better than, what we would chose for our own place. Only the best for our guests!
Nimman is a vibrant area which includes numerous coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shopping within easy walking distance. We are in the vicinity of Doi Suthep and Chiang Mai University and just a short tuk tuk ride to the old town (readily available on street).
We bought this apartment because we love this area. We hope you enjoy Chiang Mai as much as we do!
The building itself features secure entry / 24 hour security and amenities include gym and pool, as well as underground parking. The condo is comparable in furnishings to suites at area hotels (e.g. Kantary Hotel) but much more cost effective for the size/price to rent from us.
You are short walking distance to the BRAND NEW mall Maya, with full size Rimping supermarket in the basement.

Please also note that Nimman area is on a flight path. There are also quite a few restaurants and bars in the area. Airplane noises and live bands can be heard occasionally. We do have earplugs available if needed but if you are sensitive to noises, Nimman area might not be ideal for you.

We are quite flexible with check in/out time unless there is a same day checking in/out. In that case, please kindly note that check out is 12:00 PM and check in is 2:00 PM.
As we prefer the experience of our condo is like a serviced apartment or hotel. We also include a complimentary housekeeping service twice a week. Our cleaning lady will change/wash linens and towels for you in addition to a routine cleaning. This is a unique offer as not many units provide such a hotel-like experience.

Hi, we are Nate and Goi!
Nate grew up in Ohio, USA, was an expat in London for 5 years and has been living in Singapore for the last 10 years. Goi grew up in Thailand and spent 10 years in Chiang Mai studying and working before going to study in the US where she met Nate.
Although we are now living in Singapore but we go to Chiang Mai as often as we can manage. We have many great friends there and we love Chiang Mai, especially Nimman area. Our three properties there are more like our second home. We also use Airbnb when we travel so we are just travelers like you and we are trying our best to make you feel like home when staying at our condo.
