This last floor loft apartment located between Chiado and Bairro Alto, offers a very relaxing and laid back atmosphere. Although not large in space, all the different areas are well defined and designed to deliver the maximum comfort.

The space
This one bedroom apartment is comprised of a small living room with dinning area for two, a very comfortable bedroom with a clothes rack on a corner, a small kitchenette with electric cooker, a Smeg fridge with small 4 stars freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all the small appliances (Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, orange juice squeezer, etc) and a hydraulic mosaic and marble bathroom boasting a mansard window. There are two small balconies, in the living room and in the bedroom that are accessible by the mansard windows. The central heating works 24h a day, and during the summer there is ar conditioning in the living room but enough to cool the whole of the apartment. In a common area there is also a washing/drying machine that can be used.

Portuguese design and history enthusiast that lived and studied abroad for a while. I really enjoy reading, travelling and history. Our apartments were designed in a way, that You feel You are in a XXI century apartment but at the same time, the history, materials and structure were maintained. I have a crush on designing and developing spaces, so creating these apartments from scratch was a really great challenge, experience and project. I am really sure You will enjoy them!
