Thanks Patricia for your feedback and glad you all had a good stay. The ground floor bedroom like the lounge and hallway all have laminate flooring and loose rugs/carpets, I'm not certain why you would want to cover up wood laminate flooring with a carpet. The ironing board is normally stored out of sight inside the large wardrobe (which is the standard in most hotels and rented apartments/houses). The vacuum cleaner isn't normally left out in the ground floor bedroom, so I apologise for that.
