Los Corales is a perfect complex nestled close to the beach. This marvelous unit is a penthouse with a small beach view, only 2 mins walk away. The door opens into the living/dining room which has 2 sofas (these could be used as 2 twins/1 queen bed)
This is a quaint open plan living/dining room condo with one bedroom and the two sofas can be made up as single beds or put together to make another queen bed. There is a stove, oven, microwave and fully equipped kitchen. There is a 32" plasma screen which is wall mounted allowing you to view it from anywhere within the living/dining area.
There are steps to the top terrace which has shade as well as a sun area and also a BBQ. Perfect for relaxing and entertaining. There are two sofas as well as a table and four chairs.
The bedroom has an a/c as well as a fan, the living/dining area has a further two fans. There are mosquito screens on all windows in the condo which allows for the sea breeze to air throughout the whole unit.
Guests are able to park close to the condo and also has access to a private part of the beach which is allocated to those living within Los Corales, you will be able to use (for free) two lounge chairs and have use of the beach umbrellas (made of wood and cane leaves).

Other things to note
This is a beautiful area to stay, only a 2 mins to the beach and 5 mins to shops, restaurants, pharmacy and bars.
There is a local bus service (guagua) which costs US$1 per person to get to the larger supermarkets and banks (ATMs) the closest being Palma Real (Super Lama) 10 minutes away and San Juan Shopping Mall (Super Pola) 20 minutes away.
There are always taxis to hand as well as local motorbike taxis (motoconchos). There are several fruit stands as well as a fruit truck that passes the area each day, a great way to get your daily fresh fruit and vegetables.
We have a no smoking policy within the condo but it is permitted upstairs on the top terrace. No pets are allowed.
Electricity consumed during your stay must be paid upon check out.
Please remember to keep the noise down and any parties should be have a cut off time of midnight to allow those who work some quiet time.

I am originally from London, UK and have traveled to 34 different countries, lived in 5 of them and 10 years ago decided to move to this part of paradise - I have never looked back! In 2008 became an administrator where I live and have also been a property manager since then. The main concern for me is to ensure that the client has a good time whilst the property is well maintained. As an owner and a traveler I see both sides of the situation - I pride myself in giving a quality service to all parties involved.
It is easy to get to a hold of me and if there are any issues (which is bound to happen once in a while) I like to get them resolved within 24 hours, that is my motto (depending on public holidays and busy schedules etc. of course) but I believe I have managed to reach this goal at least 95% of the time.
If there are any questions that you need answering, don't ever hesitate to ask, I take pleasure in helping everyone.
