The guest asked to check in early, and when I coordinated this with my cleaning lady, she apparently ran late. Considering they were already staying at a hotel just a few blocks away, I am surprised this was such an issue. I have never had a complaint about the bed or pillows, and she never mentioned anything about the toaster or any other amenities. I sent my super down to inspect the heat and the shower situation (as I was in Morocco at the time), and he turned on the radiators for the guests. I don't have any explanation for the water. They asked for a 6 hour late check out the evening before they left, when I had already confirmed my cleaner. The cleaner charges $50 if I cancel or change last minute. I let them know that if they would like to check out late, they would need to pay her. They made no complaints about anything other than the heat while they were at the listing, which was turned up the same day, and resolved.
