Overall, my stay at Bayram's place was good. It's more of a hotel rather than someone's home, so just be prepared for that going into it. It meant that the check in/out was more comparable to a hotel, which is to say that it was convenient to have someone working the desk rather than arranging to pre-meet! They were also able to store my bag for the couple hours I needed before leaving for the airport. The location is good, in terms of being near the main train station (good for to/from the airport or day trips) and walkable to city center. It was a bit noisy at night, however. If you're a light sleeper and this would bother you, I'd consider staying elsewhere in the city. The space itself was rather nice - a bit more modern and spacious than you might find with a hotel of a similar price range. I couldn't find cutlery, despite the kitchen seemingly being set up to support cooking/eating in. The bed wasn't the comfiest I've stayed in, but fine overall. No complaints otherwise, and I'd consider staying here again if I were to return to Munich.
