This is a quiet, comfortable, very clean home and Roan is an excellent host. Mims is not a particularly interesting location, but in Titusville, about four miles away, there are a few waterfront parks and some restaurants on the water. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be in the area.

We stayed in the Adventure Room of the Wayward Traveler's Inn so we could visit Kennedy Space Center and enjoyed our stay. The house is easy to find and Doan was there to meet us and show us around. The house is lovely and extremely clean, which we really appreciate. There are two rooms downstairs and each is in their own little 'suite', with an outer locking door and an inner separate bathroom and bedroom. The two bedrooms are very close, so you can hear every word whoever is in the next room is saying. The bathroom was exceptionally spotless and their were plenty of white fluffy towels. The bed wasn't super comfortable and needs blankets that can reach all the way to the end and tuck in, but we slept well. It was a cold night, but there was a heater in the room that worked very well. Doan and Kerry are no longer able to cook breakfast due to some strict 'hotel' rules recently imposed by the city, but they had a fantastic spread set out for us the next morning. Our breakfast choices were yogurts, juices, pastries, fruit, granola bars, trail mix and Keurig coffee and tea. It was perfect so we could get up and going to Kennedy Space Center first thing. Titusville/Mims really doesn't have much to offer, but there is a nice Italian/Seafood restaurant very close by, called Victorio's. Avoid the Playalinda Brix Project for eating, as the food wasn't very good. The location of this home is very convenient and it took us less than 20 minutes to get to Kennedy. We were very happy with our stay here and would highly recommend it.

When told the hosts that I would be arriving late because of travel time theey where very accommodating. Upon arrival I was shown my room and common areas. the rooms were all clean and orderly. The room that I stayed in was nicely decorated and very comfortable. I recommend to others that would be going to the area to stay at the Wayward Traveler without hesitation.

Very welcoming hosts - Roan met us when we arrived, gave us a house tour and history and showed us the room. We were provided with a brochure that contained the phone number, code to access the house and wi-if and a list of recommended places to eat and see. Very informative and we were made to feel right at home!
