Michael was a great host - very kind and considerate. The suite is extremely comfortable with everything you need for a light breakfast or lunch and a comfortable bedroom and sitting area. Lots of great books on the bookshelves too!

This is a nice Georgetown address, with a super helpful and kind host. Thanks Michael! I enjoyed being here, walking round Georgetown, having some decent space to myself to stay in.

If I could give this place 6 or 7 stars, I would! Michael has made this third floor suite just perfect for guests. The bedroom is large with plenty of room to store clothes, the bed is very comfortable, there is a big desk and good wifi. And fresh flowers! The bathroom is modern with two sinks and Michael supplies towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, lotions, bath gel, etc etc. The other room is like a dining room, kitchenette, library and bedroom. Michael had French wine for us, the little fridge was stocked with juice and cheese and yogurt; he had fresh fruit and crackers available, plus the microwave, coffee machine, plates and bowls and mugs, and just everything we needed and more to make the stay perfect. Our son --an MBA student at Georgetown--spent one night on the comfortable sleep sofa. The location was fabulous--so close to everything in Georgetown and an easy 30 minute walk down to the Mall. And Michael was the perfect host--available at all times to answer questions and offer suggestions. We enjoyed getting to know Fred (the doggie) too! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at Michael's.

We absolutely loved our stay with Michael. The location of this place in historic Georgetown is perfect. It is in walking distance to shops, eateries and the waterfront not to mention a bus or an Uber ride away from the National Mall and it's many museums. Michael was very accommodating and provided us with information on local spots as well the history of the place. We will definitely miss our furry lil friend, Freddy, who greeted us every morning. If you are looking to have an amazing stay in Washington D.C. I would definitely recommend Michael's place.

Excellent location, 5 min to many restaurants and shopping on M St. and Wisconsin Ave at the center of Georgetown. A historical house where John Denver wrote his the most famous song, decorated with beautiful art on every wall, comfortable beds, with a modern, clean, and well supplied bathroom. Fresh fruits, wine and cracker on the counter, yogurt, orange juice, cheese found in the fridge. The host is one of the most pleasant and sincere person on earth, making us feel at home, driving to the police station to get street parking permit for us after finding out we drove a car, warm and interesting conversations, tour instructions, Michael will be a friend whom we will remember forever. Because of the enjoyable experience, we will alway stay here when we visit D.C. in the future when this place is available.

Michael’s third floor suite in Georgetown is filled with light, vibrant with art and cozy without being at all cramped. Everything you could want for a good stay in the Capitol is available- maps, and a bus stop right out front! Walking distance to restaurants and beautiful gardens, and in addition to location, a charming & accomodating host. Really appreciated the fresh fruit & yogurt in the morning, and a nice glass of French red wine at night. He deserves his super host designation!
