Perfectly located building with a modern architecture style that has a green terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views over the hills. The apartment is a modern loft with high ceilings and generous integrated spaces.
This 55m2 apartment is designed with a contemporary design, offering comfort and elegance. It has open and integrated spaces that also offer privacy to the main room. It is fully furnished.
The building's location is privileged, in the beautiful neighborhood of Rincón del Chico, but with inexpensive utilities (estrato 4). The NQS, Carrera 7, 100 and 106 streets, and the newly opened 11th avenue, provide an excellent connection to any point of the city.
The main lobby is characterized by its contemporary, sober and elegant design.
The green terrace is a great place to sunbathe, relax, read a book on the sofa by the fireplace or enjoy a BBQ with family and friends. The terrace also has a prefect room for informal meetings, offers an evening of games or simply enjoy the sunset.
Safety and comfort are essential, and thus the building has a backup power plant for common areas and 2 power points per apartment. Also a protected staircase from fires and a CCTV system ensure safety for all occupants.
It is a newly built apartment so I hope you feel at home and take care as if it was yours.
I live just two blocks from the building, so I am happy to offer any help or advice you may need.
Colombian by heart but citizen of the world. Avid and aventurous traveller. Social entrepreneur and passionate for community empowerment.
I grew up in Bogota, Colombia and lived there until I was 17. After that, I went to college in Spain and graduated of Business Administration from the University of Salamanca. On my last year of university I went on exchange to the Netherlands and participated in several entrepreneurial projects around the country. When I finished there and after working for a Bank in Spain during the summit of the financial crisis, my passion for Buddhism led me for a spiritual search. I then took off to Nepal where I volunteered as an English Teach at a Buddhist monastery in the hills of Kathmandu. As an avid and curious traveller, I took part in a Charity Challenge trek to the Anapurna Base Camp in support of an orphanage.
Now a I live in Bogota again and I work for an NGO supporting social entrepreneurs.
