This sunny, high-ceilinged flat features a foyer with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a living room, and a small bedroom fitted with a queen-size bed. Almost all the features, including the kitchen unit, bed, and most of the furnishings, have been personally designed and hand-built by the architect who is renting the flat, guaranteeing the utmost in quality, function, and design.
With the living room and the bedroom facing west, the entire flat is flooded with a gorgeous light throughout the afternoon. Decorated in a cozy, eclectic style, the flat, located in a historic building, also benefits from the traditional Viennese historical flair of its high ceilings and well-insulated walls.

We expect the use of slippers , socks or bare feet inside the apartment. The flooring is solid oiled oak, which unfortunately is a little bit vulnerable to water. Please leave your shoes in the wardrobe.
