Shelter Here! Escape to the beach. Less than 50 yards walk to fishing pier and beach. Updated electrical, plumbing, insulation, dual pane windows, newly landscaped front yard with deck. Stainless steel appliances and a convenient breakfast bar. The backyard has BBQ, fire pit, pergola. Take long walks along beach and into the hills on open access trails, surf at the beach, or catch dinner off the pier, (no fishing license necessary. Walk to food stores, shopping, local restaurants, and cafes. Two large smart TV's with streaming apps.

I am an RN, but for 10 years I was a chef/owner of 3 restaurants in Sacramento. I love to garden and grow my own herbs and vegetables for cooking and when I had my restaurants, Alice Water's was my inspiration.
