Beautiful space both inside and outside. Location connected to the animal farm and bakery was so charming. Location was perfect for the family reunion nearby. Easy parking. Clear communication made the stay seamless.

My sister and I had such an amazing stay at Andrea’s place! We needed a nice place to stay away from the busy city while we attended a concert at Citi Field. Andrea was very accommodating with allowing us entry after our long drive. Check in was easy with the code provided, and there is an extra lock for nighttime for extra security if wanted/needed. The suite was exactly as described. Once we arrived back at the suite we were able to settle into our accommodations with everything we needed from snacks and water, to portable fans and heaters, as well as an air purifier. The suite was in pristine condition and had everything we needed for the night. Andrea was very responsive to all of our needs, and we would gladly stay here again if in the area! Thank you, Andrea!

Clean, comfy, and convenient walk to the 2 train to go basically anywhere you may need to, although depending on where you’re going could take anywhere from 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Vincent was very responsive and helpful even before i booked. My husband and i ended up meeting him and having a good conversation as well.

Nicole is a phenomenal host and was so easy to chat with! We had a wonderful time and we would 100% book again in the future. She’s a dedicated host and we had a very flexible check in & check out. Nicole was readily available to answer any questions we had. The view is lovely and we adored the decor and layout of her Airbnb! What stood out the most to me is her binder that includes all you need to know about the area, food / date recommendations, schedules, etc. I thought that was very helpful and endearing. She goes above and beyond, you can tell she is passionate about her guests having a great time. Thank you for everything Nicole, we are very grateful for your attention to detail for your guests and genuine hospitality!!

Me and my wife stayed at Gina’s place for a weekend to visit NYC and see a couple shows! It’s a nice space, and very close to both Newark airport and NYC. We went to Radio city music hall one night for a show and it was only a 40 min drive away. We also saw another show the next night at MetLife stadium, which was only 20 min drive away. Very close to a lot of places around NYC area. The space was very clean and perfect for the two of us, there is a bed big enough for two people to sleep in but they also had a pull out couch that was also very comfortable. Place was very clean and Instructions to check in / out were very simple! Gina is a good communicator and met us when we got there to give us keys and show us how to get in / out of the apartment. Highly recommend for an affordable stay close to NYC !

Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

This place is fantastic. We needed a place while we renovate our home. The staff is fantastic, the apartments really nice and spacious. Amenities are great too. Commute is super easy to Manhattan …walk to express bus and less than 30 min. Highly recommend.

Another peaceful stay at this property. This Airbnb has everything. Definitely a home away from home. Did I mention there’s a pool to cool off in the summer! Nature and everything you will need. Just walk with yourself and clothing. Erica

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

El apartamento es muy bonito y bien equipado. El edificio tiene varias amenidades y es muy cómodo el acceso. La caminata a la estación de tren es corta y desde esta estación se puede viajar con frecuencia a la ciudad de Nueva York y distintos destinos en New Jersey y otros estados. Además, el edificio está muy cerca de Rutgers University. El apartamento está ubicado en una zona de New Brunswick tranquila y muy cerca a restaurantes y cafés. Las anfitrionas respondían de inmediato a mis dudas, brindándome una excelente atención. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. The pool was a massive bonus for sure! Comms with David were great, he was very quick to respond at all times on any queries we had, much appreciated indeed. Many thanks again, Rich

What can you say that hasn't been already said by previous reviewers. John's house in Freeport is a gem. Perfect getway for weekend for our family. We were greeted by a nice bottle of wine and a generous basket of snacks (always a nice touch). The house was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. So many fun things we really didn't get to take advantage of (Tiki Room, fire pit etc..). But the crowning jewel is the location on the water. If you just want a place to sit and relax as the sun rises or sets (yes you get to see both from the back deck) this is your place. John was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.

Our stay at Haithum’s home was great! We had 3 couples and small dog in for a wedding near by. His place was extremely clean and nicely renovated. It was very comfortable and great amaenties through out. Plenty of towels and blankets which is not usually the case at most ABnB’s. Haithum was very responsive to the 2 requests we had and took care of them right away. Would definitely stay here again.

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. He went above and beyond in helping us with our Amazon packages that came while we were out. Place itself matches description and is a brisk walk to the train for service to the rest of NYC and Manhattan. Area itself is quiet but not much around if you are looking for a scenic place to stay. Overall worth the price and a good choice if you are commuting to NYC.

Un séjour parfait à New York ! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Le logement était impeccablement propre, extrêmement confortable et idéalement situé dans le sud de Ludlow Street, en plein cœur d'un quartier jeune, dynamique et créatif. Le toit-terrasse était un véritable atout, offrant un espace parfait pour se détendre après une journée à explorer la ville. La literie était de grande qualité, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. Mention spéciale à May, qui était très réactif, accueillant et attentionné. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain voyage à NYC. Merci encore pour cette superbe expérience !

Excelente ubicación !!! Habitación muy cómoda

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement de Fabian. Le logement était impeccable et surtout idéalement placé pour nous. Avoir la vue sur la Sky Line le matin en se levant, ou le soir en se couchant était extraordinaire. De plus, l’arrêt de bus (desservit par 3 lignes) se situe à moins de 50 m de l’appartement et pour rejoindre le centre de Manhattan il faut juste entre 20 et 30 min suivant la circulation pour rejoindre Port Authority Bus Terminal (PABT) et Time Square est ensuite à seulement 6 min à pieds ! Bref, pour nous l’emplacement était top et l’appartement magnifique.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Hugo’s! The apartment was beautiful, very clean and the location was excellent!

Place is very close to two subway stations, a lot of places to eat nearby in vibrant neighborhood. It is well soundproof, so the noise from the trains is at low level. The balconies are nice addition. Communication was easy and on time. We asked for early check in and we were able to get in 2 hours earlier. The property is clean and have well equipped kitchen. Recommended.

Wir waren 3 Mädels und haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und auch sehr gut geschlafen. Die Nähe zur Subway war ein großer Vorteil. Einzig das Zahlenschloss an der Eingangstüre hat uns mehrmals geärgert, da es einfach nicht funktioniert hat - weder beim auf- noch beim zusperren, haben die Türe dann über die App geöffnet und geschlossen, das sollte man von Beginn an wissen, das funktioniert einwandfrei!
