The house was spacious and felt fresh and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the sauna and hot tub - both were in excellent condition and incredibly relaxing. The quiet, scenic surroundings made it an ideal spot for a bachelor party.

It was a wonderful vacation, the house is very cozy and stylish, it has everything you need for a holiday. Located in a very picturesque location, gorgeous nature around...forest, air, not far from the lake! Communication with Martins was wonderful, responded to all messages at once and helped in resolving our issues!

Lovely little house, but still very spacious. The house has all the facilities, comfy sofas, large TV, all kitchen appliances, literally everything needed not just for a short stay, but for a proper long stay with a family etc. Location is perfect, 15 min walking to the sea, 5 min walking to a local store, 25 min driving to central Riga. Definitely recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised by both the house itself and the surrounding area – a very cozy, clean and comfortable environment to enjoy peace and relaxation. There are many beautiful places to walk and enjoy nature in the area, which made our stay even more special. Special thanks to the guests house hosts for their warm welcome and great communication – everything was provided to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Really cool place right next to the river! The house is much bigger than it looks!

I stayed at Martina's apartment for somewhat longer time and really appreciate the opportunity to do that. The host is very polite and always answers almost instantly. The apartment building is lockated on suburbs of the city and offers truly excellent options in terms of public transport, access roads and shops without excessive crowdiness. The bus stop is literally on a doorstep and tram stop is in 5 minutes walk. Both of them offers opportunity to get across the complete city if necessary. There are many grocery shops within 5 minute walk, gim, swimming pool, forest and much more dependent on demands. There is a large shopping and entertainment centre in 10 minutes drive. The apartment itself is well maintained, warm at winter time and cleanliness is truly excellent and outstanding. All of the neighbours I bumped into were polite and helpful. Based on my experience I recommend this rental property and will definitely use it in the future myself.

The apartment is a great choice – clean, comfortable, and located in a good area. It’s close to the city center, with shops and public transport just a short walk away. The host was always available and helpful. Our family enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for families with kids.

A beautifully decorated apartment, with all possible amenites supplied. It was very clean and within easy walking distance of all the Old Town sights, and had an included parking spot in the secure courtyard. The hosts were marvelous, and very pro-active, and quick to reply to any questions we had. We were there when the weather was a bit changeable, and the apartment doesn't get too much natural light, but we didn't find this a problem. We were greeted with a host of complementary drinks in the fridge, and numerous sweets, and this was a real highlight. Highly recommended.

Very nice place in between the old town and the rest of the city, has a big mall right next to it with everything u could potentially need ! The flat was very clean and tidy and had everything you would need for a few days. And the host accommodated us for an early check in which was really nice of her !!
