We have a simple and private studio room (with separate entrance) nestled on the side of our home that we do not use, so we decided to make use of the space and give it an opportunity! There is plenty of parking on the road, or if you prefer, there are quieter side streets nearby. Unfortunately, we do not have parking on our property for guests. Pets are welcome for an additional fee (please indicate in your booking). Pets will have access to an enclosed courtyard to keep them safe and secure.

Easily one of the best AIRBNB’s I’ve stayed in. Sarah and Hal were excellent hosts, friendly, helpful but never intrusive. The room and ensuite were very clean and beautifully decorated, and the home warm and characterful. I would highly recommend this place on your travels to Melbourne.

We stayed at Janes for 5 weeks whilst visiting our son. She was very welcoming, friendly, laid back and accommodating. Jane was very helpful and was readily available if needed. the house was old with lots of character and was comfortable. location for us was perfect as 5 minute walk to our sons. There were lots of shops cafes, restaurants and parks near by. We would highly recommend Jane's as a place to stay.

The first thing that was obvious to my eyes was how clean and organized the place was. Message-to-response time by Helen is great (less than 10 minutes at all times), with great action plans. Definitely, I will recommend it to friends and family. Will definitely check in again if coming back to Melbourne.

I stayed for eleven days and felt very welcome. After my night flight, I was able to check in early and rest – much appreciated! The location is great, with a bus stop right outside and easy access to tram, bus, and train with a Myki Card. Lasanthi and her husband are kind and helpful, always available but respectful of your privacy. Everything is clean and well-organized. There’s a fridge, microwave, toaster and a private bathroom. Heating works well and you can use their washing machine if needed. I’d definitely stay again!

Julie was such a lovely, accommodating host throughout my stay in Melbourne. The entire place really has that quaint Victorian style, making you feel like right at home. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a light sleeper like me. And Ruby, what a cutie and a great joy to be around, especially when I was cooking in the kitchen XD. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Melbourne.
