Large apartment (90 m2) in a quiet area with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and faces south. It is not overlooked. The accommodation is on one level and the terrace is very large. You can see the sea from all the rooms (even from the bed!). Parking right in front of the house. The land is not fenced on all sides.
