Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rose Bay

We stayed at Mercedes’ place for a week and had a fabulous time. Spacious and airy, perfectly clean with all mod cons. In particular, I loved the barbecuing station in the verdant garden. It’s in a great location - quiet but five minutes from the beach and bars, cafés, shops etc. Mercedes was super friendly and quick to respond to any queries etc. She left the flat full with everything you’d need on arrival - fruit, snacks, towels etc. - and all you’d need for a longer stay - washing powder, fairy liquid, olive oil, spices etc. In short, we had a great stay!

This apartment was an oasis and haven. Drenched in sunlight, quiet, peaceful, perfectly laid out. In the middle of everything but felt completely private. I thoroughly recommend.

We had a fabulous extended stay at Sharlene’s apartment. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and looks exactly like the photos. Linen and abundant towels were provided. It is near public transport to the city and other nearby beaches. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again. I haven't enjoyed an Airbnb this much in years! Michaels' apartment is right in the center of Bondi, yet somehow still quiet and has the most amazing view and access to everything you want. He also was kind enough to offer me an early check in which really helped me out. Great stay for the price!!

Danny's house exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable—right on Coogee Beach, where we enjoyed morning strolls and breathtaking sunrises. With cafes, shops, and local attractions all within easy reach, it was the perfect spot for exploring and unwinding. Danny was an exceptional host, going out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. He was incredibly accommodating, always quick to respond and genuinely committed to making our experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for the ultimate beachside getaway, this is the place! We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back.

Fab location, minutes to Campbell parade / Bondi Beach. Great access to transport to get anywhere in the city. We stayed for a month over Xmas / new year and enjoyed it very much. Reasonably well equipped kitchen so we could cook at home, it’s also close to restaurants when we wanted to go out. Lisa and Alistair communicated well with us prior to, during and after our stay. The building is relatively quiet given its central location (some general noise … doors closing, people in the street, depending on the wind you could hear noise from town or the waves!). No air conditioning (as stated) but the fans and windows did a good job on most days keeping the place cool. The apartment only gets the sun in the morning so that helps keep temp down later in the day. The only thing we would have wished to be different was some blackout curtains in the bedroom (we knew they weren’t there before we booked so it was as described). Washer / dryer was a bonus for our long stay. Would recommend.

Treated my daughter and a few friends to the most wonderful evening at this gorgeous penthouse. Stunning city skyline views, spacious outdoor areas, pristine modern 2br apartment. Instructions very clear, local tips, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked, host friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. The Glasshouse is a amazing place to getaway and have peace and quiet. 45 minutes from Sydney. 10 minutes by boat to the marina for morning coffee. I have stayed all round the World in Air BnB's and George is the best host ever, Patrick and Liam are your contacts on the river and live locally, nothing is ever a problem. Highly recommended.

Lorena was incredibly kind and patient host. Locked our key inside the place and she very very kindly drove an hour to open the door and was very kind about it. Always responsive and lovely home. Incredibly close to bondi! Definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sarah’s apartment. It’s beautifully designed and we had everything we needed for a three night stay. Situated in beautiful quiet back street. Long walk down side of house to accommodation under main house. No problem for us but might be a little tough if you are not very ambulant. Fantastic walk down to the water through rainforest like vegetation to the ferry. Amazing. From ferry can get anywhere in the bay area. No kitchen or kitchen sink but they do offer to wash any dishes etc. So no cooking. Lots of food extras. Very happy with stay.

This was a magnificent place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The views are spectacular, and the place very private. The house was spotless and very clean. I wanted to bring in some flowers and balloons prior to arrival and the host was incredibly accommodating with regards to allowing those services in at the check in time. Would definitely stay again!

Great place for 2 business travelers to spend away from the Sydney CBD between meetings. 10 minutes to the beach/restaurants etc, Bruce made helpful recommendations and had good communication across timezones. Place was clean and had everything we needed.

Mira's place is fantastic. It has everything you need and was clean and well organised. It is close to public transport, eateries, groceries and the city. We had a great long weekend there.

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Di’s place was everything I was looking for during my 5 night stay. It was nice that it came pre-stocked with some basics (coffee pods, tea bags and instant oatmeal) if you arrived without groceries (like me). It also comes with any necessary cleaning supplies for longer stays (dish detergent, clothes detergent , bathroom etc.). I felt safe in the building. A key fob is required to enter building and access your specific floor. Motion sensor lighting greets you upon exiting the elevator. Location was perfect, 1.5 blocks from Museum train station (direct trains to airport) and multiple bus lines. Nearby Hyde park was lovely to walk through and the Hyde Park Barracks at the opposite end is a must see museum to learn about the settlement of Sydney. Easy to walk to Chinatown and the Paddy Market (great for souvenirs) as well as the botanical gardens, the Opera House or Darling Harbor and the Maritime Museum. Coles (open until midnight) and an IGA are within 2-3 blocks.

Great compact apartment in Potts Point, in a very central area. Close to shops, cafes, public transport and restaurants. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everything’s was as displayed in the listing.
