Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Rose Hill

It was a great and very calm place to stay!

This is our second time staying with Wanda and it was even better than the first time. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need if you like to cook your own food. But if that’s not your thing there are a bunch of fantastic restaurants to choose from within walking distance (the hosts have fantastic recommendations!) The bathroom had more than enough towels and toiletries for the three of us and was well stocked with everything you could need. It’s within walking distance of the university as well as the metro if you want to do some touristy stuff as well (which we did on our last day). The hosts are super responsive and kind and quick to update if anything is wrong. If you’re super comfy girlies like we are, there are plenty of blankets to go around while enjoying the super quaint living room. It’s one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at and has set the bar for every subsequent Airbnb we have stayed in. we will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in DC!

The views from anywhere you stood in the apartment were breathtaking. The metro is so close and makes travelling around the city a piece of cake. Parking was fantastic. I had an issue with a pool pass. Tyna was on it for me.

The location of the apartment is great. Close to my Firm's office at Tysons corner and walk distance to Greensboro station of silver line to DC if I need to go to the DC office. Wholefood and several restaurants just downstairs in the same complex. The 2b1b apartment was really clean and it felt welcoming. The check in instruction from the host was clear and the check in process was super smooth. Dee was super responsive and very helpful throughout the whole experience. HIGHLY recommended. I note that the hosts have another 2b2b apartment near to this one and would definitely stay again or try the other apartment hosted by the same group.

The host and co host are phenomenal communicators!! The place is clean and has overall good access to the sights of DC!! 100% would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in DC with a small group worth every penny!!

Quaint basement studio with ample space and very roomy. Can comfortably sleep 2-3 adults. The most beautiful backyard. Has all the amenities.

The location was incredible! Less than a 5 minute walk to a plethora of food and shops, multiple Metro Bus stops and a Metro train station! The unit is spacious, well appointed and perfect for our family of 4. This unit will be tops on our list for any future visits to the DC area!

Sam has gone above and beyond to describe how to find the place, but I still managed to go to the wrong building. I don’t fault Sam at all, I only mean to say that you can walk right past the correct entrance because it’s unobtrusive while there is a very prominent entrance on the opposite side of the street that can suck you right in. Just pay attention and actually read the address in the listing and in the building and you won’t make the same mistake I did. Beyond that, I was very impressed. The unit is amazingly clean! It’s a pretty compact space, but feels quite spacious, probably because of the very high ceilings and the “wall of windows” looking out onto a nice, treed, interior courtyard. Very pleasing and tranquil. Since it was raining I didn’t walk anywhere, but I’m familiar with the area so I know it is very close to a lot of nice restaurants and shopping. And having a Harris Teeter grocery store accessible directly from the building’s elevator is supremely convenient.

Jack's place was a perfect place for our extended family to gather for our son's wedding in Arlington. The house was spacious with wonderful air conditioning for the hot weather that we had during the wedding weekend. The house was stocked with plentiful clean and fluffy towels, along with paper goods. The refrigerator had cold water, soft drinks and juice which were great to help with recovery from the heat! The finished basement was very peaceful and our daugher and her husband enjoyed the private bedroom and bathroom there during their short stay with us for the wedding. And, to top it all off, Jack had 2 bottles of wine (thank you!) and a large bowl of Hershey's chocolates to welcome us to the house! All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would certainly stay at Jack's Airbnb home if we come to the area again with a large family group.

Kimberley is an amazing host! The Carriage House is in a beautiful location and had all the amenities we needed for us and our two dogs during our 10-day stay. We look forward to our next visit!

We were originally planning on staying 2 nights, but had to shorten our trip / stay to 1 night, due to a family emergency. The home was easy to find, and instructions from David were very clear and precise. Conveniently located, with lots of restaurants, supermarket, etc within walking distance. Parking was also very secure and convenient. The only thing we were not too happy about was that the 3rd bedroom, was not really a bedroom, but a common area converted in to a bedroom (queen bed) with a half wall, as mentioned on the listing.

This the best AirBnB my family has ever stayed at. Top to bottom: beautiful space, great beds, clean, and close to everything (breakfast, restaurants, the metro). No corners cut anywhere; I wish every AirBnB could be like this. Kelly was a gracious host and made sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Would definitely stay here again.

Eric was an excellent host. There were a couple issues and Eric addressed them immediately. Beautiful home, love the neighborhood.. felt like we were at home. Everything you need to enjoy time with family and friends.

We stayed at Janelle’s place for 5 nights for my brother’s wedding at Stone Tower Winery. This was the perfect location, only a 15 min drive to the venue for 4 different events, and so convenient to get into downtown and onto the highway. The place is very spacious and comfortable for 3-4 people. Janelle even kindly brought us an extra floor mirror and full-size ironing board to help us get ready for our events. We even used the EV charger! We had a lovely stay and a wonderful home to come back to during a very busy week. Janelle was a top notch host. Hopefully I can stay again one day just for a relaxing visit to Leesburg.

Adrienne was very responsive, flexible, and helpful! Her home is beautiful and extremely well located. The neighborhood is gorgeous with lots of well manicured gardens and lawns.

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Area with easy access. Clean and with plenty of space for sitting. Thoughtful supplies such as dish soap and laundry pods. Responsive host. Only one parking space “included” but there was plenty of street parking just outside the lot.

Great place to stay in DC! Walkable to all the attractions and restaurants. Cute and quiet neighborhood with private parking. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Ruben's apartment with 3 moms and 4 kids ages 6-11. We were visiting the national zoo and stayed here after a long day walking around. We pulled up and there was street parking right in front of the building, which seems to be in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The kids had fun playing the board and card games that were there and exploring the back yard space. We were able to cook a simple dinner there, but noticed there weren't any kitchen knives or a cutting board, that would be my only feedback. Otherwise the space was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a family or small group visiting DC.

Super convenient for a conference at the Gaylord, and Gordon was very communicative. Booked two places with him, of which this review is two of two!

This was my 2nd stay in the Alexandria area with David being my host. The location is very convenient to my work office space. I'm very familiar with the area. I would accept another offer if available in the future.

Would definitely stay here again! There is a 24/7 concierge and hot chocolate bar (seasonal) upon walk in to the lobby. The decor and ambiance are elegant, and the room matched the theme. The suite was massive, well furnished, and better than advertised. It was comfortable and clean. It’s also very conveniently located next to the King St metro stop. I had an exceptional experience at this location, and highly recommend this host.

Trip went very well worth every penny. Owner was very helpful answered whenever we called to help with check in gave us no problems about playing music on their Alexa or living room tv. Would get again for another trip.
