A 2 min walk up our driveway and you're on the bus route. Within a 10 min walk are a bakery, mini mart, bars, restaurants and food vans.

Our apartment is newly constructed, and features all the required amenities for mordern living. The unit is located approximately 15 minutes walking distance of Marigot beach. The Bay also features a number of world class restaurants and water sports.

The Lookout is perched high above the sea and surrounded by natural forests. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique.
