Rosedale Retreat

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

This newly renovated guest suite, found only 5 minutes from Interstate 70, the Clark County Fairgrounds/Champions Center, and the Springfield Antique Center, is a perfect stay in the country. The private guest suite comes equipped with a queen bed, double-size pull-out couch, air mattress and many essential amenities. Grab a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee in our stocked kitchen. Please, no pets. However, there is a sweet dog living on the property.

Nicest place on beautiful Lake Loramie. Lake front view from the living area. The Fort Loramie state park is right across the road. This park offers over 400 acres and 1655 acres of land to explore complete with a beach. Our State Park is one of the original canal feeder lakes with more than eight miles of hiking trails that follow a portion of the Miami-Erie Canal. Kayaking is a big hit at Lake Loramie also! Little Rosie Cottage

This Duplex was built in the early 1900s, we are having a lot of fun breathing new life into this old beauty. We are excited to open up our 2nd Airbnb in Urbana, Ohio. One of two separate Airbnb in the Duplex! The decor is very comfortable and relaxing. We are within walking distance of great restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, and clothing boutiques.
