New and child-friendly cottage in a quiet setting

New and modern cottage with large wooden terrace located in a quiet area near Gilleleje town, only 900 m from the beach. The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 4 double beds, respectively, with space for a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people in the case of families with smaller children). There is also a travel bed with extra mattress, for the very small children. There are 8 duvets and 8 pillows, 1 baby duvet and pillow, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The house has 2 nice bathrooms with shower, closet space and hair dryer. The house's gathering point is the approx. 35 m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a beautiful functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Chromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or the like for the house). Here there is a guarantee for relaxation, coziness and good company. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic floor plan makes the home an obvious gathering point for 2 families who want a wonderful vacation together. Outdoors, you will find a large, lovely wooden terrace, which runs all the way around the house (approx. 120 m2). The terrace is partially covered with garden furniture and patio heaters, inviting you to enjoy good times throughout the holiday. Here you will also find an outdoor shower ready to cool you off in the summer heat or rinse off after a fresh dip at the beach. For the childish souls, there is also a trampoline, a swing and a small playhouse in the garden. From the house, it is only 3 km to Gilleleje town, which offers a rich commercial life with many exciting shops, cozy cafes, a cinema and good restaurants.

The vacation home is the perfect getaway. It was designed by an architect in 2022 and contains all the necessary rooms in just 50 m². There is a large, sunny terrace and garden furniture. All the beds are new with good mattresses. From the house, you have a beautiful view of nature. There is a short distance to Roskilde Fjord and Skuldelev Harbor, where there is a jetty. Bring the whole family to this large, beautiful property with plenty of space in the house and garden. The house is uniquely located on the top with a view of Arresø and Roskilde Fjord, as well as peaceful fields with grazing animals. Here, you can experience sunrise and sunset. 3 great bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable beds. The wonderfully large living room and dining room are ideal for cozy evenings. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. A small farm shop is located 100 meters away, and a private beach property is just 500 meters away.

Relax with the family in this cozy home. The house is located at the end of a closed road with its own driveway and large garden. While the adults relax on the terrace, the children can play on the trampoline or in the playhouse. Should you feel like a dip, the house is about 300 meters from Roskilde Fjord, with a swimming bridge and mini beach for the little ones. Housing on natural land

Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

On the lovely Halsnæs close to Lynæs , this unique home is rented out in the middle of a flower garden. It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, including the kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fell down.

Sea view / Sauna w. view / First line to the beach

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
