Self-contained unit/room - walk to Beach Yeppoon

Kick back and relax at the beaches. Our room has been made into a self contained unit with ensuite, microwave, fridge and private entry. The space has a peaceful and relaxing outlook. The only thing you will hear are the kookaburras and other birds. 5 min walk to Statue Bay, Rosslyn then onto Lammermore beach. Great biking tracks into Yeppoon, or a ferry over to Great Keppel Island. National Park and walking tracks to view turtles 5mins away. 40mins to Rockhampton. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES

Karingal Cabin Retreat

This secluded cabin is the perfect retreat for a single, couple, or a family looking to 'switch off' from the daily grind. There is a grassed camping area right next to the cabin for the kids to sleep in tents, while mum and dad can relax comfortably in Karingal Cabin. Kids stay free when you bring your own tents. We are 5 mins drive from the tourist & fishing village of Yeppoon. We are 190 metres above sea level and boast views north towards the Byfield Ranges and East over the Keppel Isles.

One bedroom with one queen bed, fully self-contained unit with car parking. 300 meters from the beach. Walk away your worries on a great long, flat beach. 10 km each way from the towns of Yeppoon and Emu Park. 7 min drive to Rosslyn Bay Marina for fresh seafood from the fisherman's Market or something to eat at the Waterline and Beaches Restaurants. Rosslyn Bay is also the gateway to the Keppel islands. SORRY NO PETS AT ALL DO NOT book the unit for other people (e.g. work colleagues)

It is with in walking distance to Lammermoor beach, wreck point scenic lookout over looking cooee bay, the Capricorn tavern, two sisters coffee bar, Cedar Park shopping centre. Our unit can accomodate 7 people consisting of three bedrooms and a foldout day bed. Air conditioned bedrooms, outdoor seating, with large fenced yard for the kids to play. Furnishings are modern with coastal decor.
