Stop scrolling and book! I found this gem scrolling through listings, and we drove from Minneapolis to check it out. Totally worth the drive! The attention to detail is amazing, you really only need yourself and food! Our kids loved their under the bed "fort" and our bed was so comfortable. We loved the sauna and cold plunge into the lake. Beachfires were a perfect end to the nights. Such a peaceful get away!!

Wow! The peace and quiet, the view, and the friendliness from Tracy and Eric were above and beyond expectations. If you want off-the- beaten-path and easy access to a bay off Lake Superior this is your place. We enjoyed a late sunset (10 pm) while playing cribbage on a picnic table and enjoying the quiet. Beds were comfy too! One tip for motorcycle riders — it’s about half a mile down a gravel road so be prepared for that!

Enjoy a lake getaway with daily stunning sunsets. Less than 5 min from the LCBO, grocery store, and local indepenant baker. There's a firepit, dock, stairs with railing into the water, and boat slip in the yard. The lake is calm plus it's leech, weeds, and slime free! Once you leave the bay we're on, the rest of the lake is in untouched wilderness. The mainfloor bathroom has just been completley renovated. Take in the lake views in the evening or on a rainy day in the sunroom.

Cypress Bay Getaway

Beautiful loft apartment on Lake Superior. Sunsets and campfires in the heart of Nipigon Bay. We are 30 kms. from Nipigon to the west and 56 kms from Schreiber to the east where groceries are available. We accept pets but will charge an additional $10. for cleaning with each reservation. Unfortunately this is not included in airbnb pricing so needs to be paid on arrival. There is a dog blanket in the unit to save on bed cleaning!

Lake Superior Cabin

We were greeted immediately on arrival and got checked in to the little cabin on the lake. It's small but more than enough room for 2 people, and super clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare basic meals and a large bbq too. The bed was super comfy and tons of towels were provided. Wifi was good and the satellite tv had more stations available than most hotels. Tracy and Eric are the nicest folks. Welcomed us to their get togethers, but gave us our space too. Very helpful with fishing tips, and getting our boat in and out of the water. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay. Look forward to coming back!
