House holiday rentals in Rotherham District

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

The property and the location was absolutely amazing , me and my friends have made some amazing memories there. The property felt luxurious and there were soo many personalised gifts for us upon arrival which were much appreciated. the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a country escape and I know I want to go back in the future.

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

The house was absolutely incredible and excellent value for money. It was in stunning surroundings, the hot tub was amazing and the exclusive booking system for use of the pool was a lovely addition. The house was spotless and full of character and the private garden was also wonderful. The beds were really comfortable and there was just the right balance of charm, space and comfort. We definitely struck gold when booking this gem. Thanks so much for all of your support in making this a trip to remember!

What a wonderful stay at Manor Farm. The house was beautiful, well maintained, extremely spacious and very comfortable. The surrounding countryside was stunning, with great food being served in nearby pubs and plenty of places to visit. Great space for youngsters too, with the wildlife - baby rabbits, sheep and birds and of course the swimming pool and games room, all of which they loved. Thanks to the hosts for their welcome and hospitable atmosphere.

Great value for money. Can't stress enough how friendly and reliable the staff were. We had a lovely week stay, the house was clean, the beds were comfy and the scenery was perfect. We were informed of the booking system for the swimming pool and games room, so you could have the room to yourself which was great. The pool was clean, the games room was kept tidy and the house surroundings were really lovely to walk around. You can tell the grounds were well maintained and kept in good shape as the workers never stopped, but were always so friendly. This property is perfect for bike riders, walkers and pub crawlers. You couldn't get bored.

Ricky’s property is amazing and spotless clean. There’s enough parking to fit 3 cars. There’s a Tesco 14 mins walk away or a 3 mins drive. Very peaceful place with a badminton court. I’ve stayed at a lot of properties and Ricky’s bungalow is definitely top 2. I highly recommend!

Iain was a very responsive host.Whenever I needed to speak with him he was quickly available and amenable. Very happy with his service

We had a great time at Daniel's, a really fun base for a long weekend for some old school gamers. Lovely open plan kitchen diner with a small lounge to socialise in and a really comfy separate lounge too. Really comfy beds and some really character in the gaming rooms. Great host and if we do get the chance we'd definitely return. Hoyland does have some traditional shops, pubs and takeaways but If you're looking for a more bustly lively nearby town, you're probably better venturing closer to Sheffield but if you want to bed in for a couple of days with friends, this place is perfect!

This was an ideal spot,close to ameneties but very quiet. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the whole place spotless. We highly recommend it.

It was lovely So many walks for the dogs and oy a 30 min drive from sherwood forest. Beautiful lake in walking distance. I think its a great place people are so friendly in this area. We will be back

Would most certainly recommend Cathrine’s place very homely spotlessly clean ,very central location once we got our bearings we could walk to shops movie cinema. Actually got to meet our Host on our departure so pleasant & easy to talk . Thanks again Cathrine hopefully we get back in the near future Deb & Wayne Michelle Fred Alan & Chris we all were very comfortable for 6 adults. 😀👍😎

My stay at winking owl cottage was very nice. It is a lovely little cottage kept clean and inviting, would go again.

We've just spent a great week exploring and walking this part of the Peak District - staying at Peter's wonderful home Saunters in Darley Dale. Everything about Saunters is perfect - perfect location, quiet and peaceful with wonderful views across the countryside from the lounge and conservatory. Saunters provides a spacious and comfortable home in which to relax and unwind.

A beautiful well maintained cottage for two. Very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Rosie popped in to introduce herself and deliver a bottle of wine, crisps and chocolate which was lovely as we only had a two night stay! We would certainly book again if we were in the area.

A Memorable Stay with Breathtaking Views! What an amazing vacation! Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb was one of the highlights of our trip to the UK. The house was cozy, clean, and full of charm – the view… simply breathtaking! Waking every morning felt like a dream. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the location made exploring the area super easy. Our host was incredibly welcoming and made everything so smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, recharge, and make memories. Highly, highly recommend – can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay Monsal cottage. The property was super clean, thoughtfully and beautifully designed. We felt very relaxed and at home with everything you need. The location and views were outstanding! It's a great base for the Peak District and a great local pub (The packhorse Inn) with fab food. Nick & Kim were great hosts and we'll definitely be back. We were sad to leave.
