It is situated in the middle of our 120 acre cattle farm. Solar power,a walk across rolling farmland, and a STEEP AND UNEVEN 10 MINUTE HIKE UPHILL to get to the hut, offer an authentic off-grid experience. We recommend only bringing up the bare necessities. The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. We are two minutes walk away from Rotorua Tree Trust and a five minute drive to world class mountain biking and walking trails. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.
