Modern studio (+2 bicycles) in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Rotterdam: the Liskwartier! The studio has a front room and a back room. The front room faces the street and has a large glass window. Here is a small table for breakfast and the pantry with a dishwasher, coffee/tea, and a refrigerator. In the back room, there is a double bed (180*210 cm), a TV, a wardrobe, a shower, and a toilet. The front and back rooms can be separated by means of a sliding door. With air conditioning! A/C included!

At 6 minutes walk is nice and quiet, historic Delfshaven, nice to eat and drink. Nice walking routes to the city center. Close to public transportation. My apartment is renovated, vintage decorated with a view of the Schie canal. Layout: living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with very good double bed (M-line mattress), 1 bedroom with bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom/toilet, balcony. I live downstairs, you have the upper floor.
