The place was very clean. The only thing is that the neighborhood is not very nice. It was very quiet and peaceful in the middle of the woods.

Great place to stay, very cozy and comfortable. This house is close to everything there is to see in Montreal, 15min-25min with traffic ti the main attractions. The corner store across the street made it convconvient to buy any last minute essentials. The kitchen is very well supplied. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for any large groups who are visiting Montreal to be close drive to all the staples of the city and enjoy the peaceful and welcoming vibe of the house with the vintage style decor. We loved it !!!!

Great location and exactly as described/pictured. Condo was very clean and check in/out was super easy. Host was very responsive anytime we needed anything or ran into any issues. I would definitely recommend turning the hot tub on a few hours before use as it takes a while to warm up.

Incredibly peaceful and beautiful home with big bright windows. We had a 4 person corporate retreat and it was a perfect venue for that.

Great place to stay outside of Montreal! It rained a lot of the weekend we stayed so we were happy to have a spacious place that had so many amenities while we were there! It’s about a 30-45 minute drive into the city and was in a very peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to families with children as there was a lot of toys and activities for kids to do at the house

Christine’s place is in a great location, very walkable neighborhood, public transportation and Bike/running trails are nearby. Restaurants and convenience stores are all around the block. The entire apartment is very clean and Christine is a responsive host. The room and bathroom are perfectly functional and clutter free. Though there weren’t sheets for the sofa bed, Christine brought a new set the next day! The only issue was that pool in the pictures is not accessible. They are in the next door building, there were posted notices stating that the Exalto apartment building residents do not have access to them. Regardless, a great place to stay and enjoy Montréal.

We enjoyed staying at Brooke’s place. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood just blocks away from downtown. The metro stations are close by so it was easy to visit attractions across the city. Brooke is very thoughtful and had included nice breakfast items for us during our stay.

Henry’s home was exactly as listed. Quiet street, restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Henry was very helpful and responsive when we encountered a problem and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy in his home. A very kind and accommodating person, we couldn’t have asked for a better host than Henry.

Awesome place! Stayed with a big group for F1 weekend, had a lot of fun. Hosts were responsive, place was well-maintained. Walking/driving distance from all the places we needed to be in Montreal.

Williams's place is the perfect stop. The view is breathtaking.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights with our 3 teen granddaughters. The home had plenty of space for us, and the girls really enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs bedrooms. After exploring Montreal together during the day, it was great to be able to let the girls have their own space in the evening. Jacques kindly permitted us to drop off our luggage early. With 5 suitcases, that was a huge help. We were happy to explore Chinatown and Vieux Montreal without all that luggage. The welcome notebook contains clearly written instructions on how everything operates. We were also excited to see all the restaurant recommendations. We tried several, and I can confirm they are as excellent as Jacques described. We also loved that the restaurants are an easy walk within the neighborhood. I highly recommend staying in this home when visiting Montreal. It is conveniently located in a lovely neighborhood with access to public transportation, restaurants, and a grocery store.

We were in town for a wedding and book this place to accommodate our family of 14 and a dog. We had a blast staying here and the host was very hospitable and accommodating to our needs for the weekend. Would highly recommend this place to others and rebook if we have the chance again.

this is my second time staying here, and it was every bit as good as the first time. parking is easy with a space behind the unit, a quick walk to restaurants and and the metro leaves you close enough to the city, but still feeling like a local in a quiet neighborhood. can't wait to come back

Easy access to Downtown Montreal, national parks and major sights. Home was comfortable and the pool was so wonderful after a day of sightseeing. Ariane was very responsive to all my questions. Ample parking is available.

Staying with Sarah was a 10 out of 10! The apartment is very comfortable. My husband and I love walking, so we visited the main attractions of the city on foot. If you're not much of a walker, there's a metro station just a few blocks away. The highway entrance is only 5 minutes away, which is ideal — it saves you time since you don’t have to drive through the entire city. I definitely recommend staying here. Sarah is very attentive, and the apartment was spotless!

From the start, Nicolas was so responsive to my ever long list of questions. So helpful in getting us into the home when our plane landed and helpful with sharing how it's best to get to the home. Great recommendations of places to eat. Helped us with Metro as well. So many great restaurants within walking distance and the close proximity to the Metro station was so helpful with us heading to downtown Montreal. We hope to come stay here again!

We enjoyed the stay and want to come back for more! We loved the area, traveled to Montreal, enjoyed the river and the pool. Lisa is very kind and responsive. The house has everything you need , it’s on the water so bring with you something against mosquitos. It was a perfect getaway! I want more!

Nice comfy apartment. Steps won’t be for persons with mobility issues, but great overall.

Villa Casavant is an absolute dream. The house itself is larger than life and the suite rented offers a totally private, beautiful and spacious living area equipped with all you need. The building is very well maintained and changed minimally since it was built. It has original stained glass windows, incredibly detailed ceilings and the most charming staircases that frame into a heart. Francois and Christine are kind, proactive and helpful hosts. They are very respectful of boundaries and it’s possible you don’t even run into them during your stay- but if you do you must ask them about the houses long and exciting history, they are passionate about the preservation of such historic houses in the area and offer a lot local knowledge. Could not recommend enough- this place is a dream.

Lovely little studio apartment. Clean! Great access to downtown and transit. Kim was a great host. Would stay again.
