The spacious den/family room has new couches, chairs & a new 75 inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, 6 seat dining table & 3 island barstools . Outside has a large patio & reserved parking for 2 cars.

This home is in a convenient location to campus and the Square! It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs and an IKEA sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has it’s own private bath. It is a super short Uber to the Square or a 1 mile walk. This condo is strictly for renting and not my personal use and I hope you find it to be welcoming and comfortable! If this unit is not available, I have 105 Windstone in the same development! * Please check the City of Oxford for construction updates affecting traffic.*

Small kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Glasses, dishes, minimal silverware and cooking supplies are provided. Guest suite is attached to the main house (separated by an interior breezeway), separate exit and entrance is down a walkway on the left side of the home with keypad entry/exit.
