Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Comfortable, newly remodeled stay near the freeway, 14 minutes from Hill AFB west gate, 25-60 minutes from the best skiing in the area. (Snow Basin,Powder Mountain,Park City, Brighton) There is excellent fishing & recreational activities nearby as well. Just behind the house is a walking/biking trail. 1 Full size bed, 1 Futon, & an air mattress . Walk-in shower & fireplace for extra warmth. We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away.
