It is private to only your group! The downstairs with all it offers, is for one or two person stays. The upstairs becomes available if you enter 3 or more people. The unit has a bathroom, full kitchen, living room & bedroom w/queen bed & extra tv. Hubbardston is a quaint little town with no stop-lights yet conveniently located to many beautiful hiking trails, fishing spots and lakes. 10 minutes from route 2 and 15 minutes from Mt Wachusetts.

The General Store, is the oldest continually run general store in Vt. The Next Stage, Yellow Barn, Sandglass Theater, these places provide an amazing collection of visual, musical, spoken word and world renowned art and artist to experience. These cultural event locations are but a mile away for the Cottage I hope you choose for your stay.

Come relax in our private and cozy one room cabin tucked in the woods on the family homestead. A peaceful location for connecting with nature, writing & hiking. It's a 12'x16' cabin, with a comfortable queen size bed, electricity, mini refrigerator and electric kettle. Water is provided. Equipped with a clean outhouse and an outdoor hot shower on side of main house. ( May use indoor shower in main house in cooler months) Excellent spot for star gazing.

Come relax in the great room! Large space with full bathroom, beautiful picture windows, spacious closet, and use of deck included. Deck includes a cozy fire pit table, gas grill, and a nice view of the beaver pond, great for bird watching! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are traveling with children and/or pets, we are often able to accommodate on a case by case basis. Please note stairs are required for entry via the deck entrance.
