Ideal for walkers, we are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. Although very rural, we are within walking distance of two pubs, the New Inn at Veryan and The Ship at Portloe. The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
