We felt very comfortable in Maria's apartment for 4 weeks. The apartment is very clean, everything is available for a longer vacation. The beach is just a few meters away and every Saturday there is a beautiful farmers' market just two streets away. Maria even has chairs and a parasol for the beach and a trolley for shopping. Loving welcome gifts, such as treats for our dogs and coffee and cookies, as well as a bottle of chilled water, were provided. We can only highly recommend the apartment and its loving landlady. Thank you for the wonderful stay in your lovingly furnished apartment.

A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

The best thing about the penthouse is the terrace with sea views. Located right on the waterfront. If you like to walk, you can walk for miles near the sea, because Moncofa communicates with other villages, which you can reach on foot. Very good communication with the host. The apartment is clean and very quiet. To repeat. We were very comfortable.

The apartment is in a very quiet residential area and with all the services very close, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. It is clean and has many extras, coffee maker, enough pots, pans etc that help you a lot when cooking. The gift of a sponge and a brand new ballet is a plus, for me it is important. Very clean towels and all towels. A great terrace to relax, parking Spacious private and pool. I highly recommend it . Alfredo left several courtesy products that are appreciated. A very good stay.

Sofia has been charming from the beginning, not only has she been kind with the stay but with the local recommendations she made. The location of the apartment is unbeatable with wonderful views as well as the proximity to the beach.

M Dolores was a super nice host! Her Apartment was clean, beautiful and quiet. The next supermarket and beach are only 12 minutes by foot away, so feeling rested and good was very easy. The main area of Valencia was 30 minutes by uber away. Gym and pool are entered by an app, which was a bit complicated while staying there, but still manageable. All in all I can definitely recommend this apartment as well as Dolores as host for staying in and around Valencia. :)

We went to pass the 1st of May bridge to Selina's apartment and stayed very comfortable. It is in a very quiet and quiet place, with good access to the highway and the national that takes you through other villages of the Sierra de Espadan. The apartment was like in the pictures. It's a well renovated bass, no humanes and quite bright. Everything was very clean, we had a dishwashing kit, shower gel, shampoo, clean and good quality towels. We will definitely be back!

It was the second time we booked the apartment and we will definitely repeat. Clean, quiet apartment, in a good location and equipped with everything you need to spend a weekend. Very, very quiet place. Perfect for disconnecting. Although the description says there is no washing machine or towels, there is absolutely everything. The environment is beautiful and there are plenty of places to visit. I definitely recommend it. Ivan is a magnificent host. He gave us flexibility to both enter and leave the accommodation. I would definitely repeat.

Hosts' hospitality was flawless. He is very attentive and quick to answer the questions. The only observation if they go to this region go by car as it is very far away.

The Apartment is spacious, pristine, comfortable and well appointed. Javier put thought into the details that makes a guest comfortable!! The complex was quiet and neighbors friendly and helpful. The nearby beach clean and offers cabanas with cushioned lounge chairs at 40 Euros for three people and that included a mixed drink or beer from the beach restaraunt/bar. Javier was very quick to respond to any need or question, very easy to work with. Note if the parking garage space is tight (we had a 7 passenger vehicle). There is also plenty of outside parking on premises that is well lit. Would definately rent from Javier again!

Very happy with the place. It's one of those places where you can see that they take care of every last detail. The apartment is fully refurbished and clean as well as not being able to. We didn't need anything. I would definitely come back.

Carlos is a great host, very friendly and responsive. The flat was as described, very fast and stable internet so we could work without issues. AC and hot water functioned perfectly and we had no issues the whole stay. Would definitely recommend! The area is great too, super easy to get to the castle or the train station, ideal location.

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.

The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

Great place near the beach in a beautiful neighborhood.

The accommodation is very nice and cozy. It is very well equipped and has details, such as bathrobes and typical welcome sweets, which give it a point of quality. It's a bit wider than what you can see in the photos. It is located in a fairly new building and in a privileged area, from where you can enjoy the beautiful corners of Morella. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly and helpful at all times.
